Holy f***.. I was just about to go to sleep then I saw this.
What the f***?, this is extremely unexpected.
I know him best for his as Luke Harper in WWE and always felt he was underrated.

Not only should they push New Years Smash back a week, they should make this show be a show where Dark Order and Hangman win a match and finally get together, marking a new trajectory for the group and Hangman as a whole. Can't really do both in trying to make a tribute show also an angle Whatever they have planned for Dark Order can wait but if you going to do a tribute show, do it properly I mean at the same time, that angle is kinda done FOR Brodie. Dark Order probably would and should be on the show getting a win for him. Maybe do the Hangman stuff later, but the group definitely should win for Brodie. I also think Kingston needs an open mic. Because if anyone will get across what Brodie meant to people, he will.

I never saw his pre WWE stuff but when he showed up on the scene with the Wyatts there was just something captivating about him. His mannerisms, the stiffness in his clotheslines and big boots, he just had a prescence to him that made me a fan. I always enjoyed his team with Rowan no matter what they were doing. His AEW stuff showed a different side to him that i didn't know he had and he hit it out of the park. I lost one of my favourite wrestlers but his family and friends lost a great person. 41 is far too young. May he be at peace.

Wow, I had to read the headline about 12 times for this to sink in. And honestly it still really hasn’t. Just truly awful news. Like many here, I’m a fan of the performer. But more importantly, from all accounts, Jon Huber was a really good person and a doting family man. I’m just devastated for his family and friends. 41 is way too young. RIP

Can't really do both in trying to make a tribute show also an angle Whatever they have planned for Dark Order can wait but if you going to do a tribute show, do it properly I figure they will probably stick with the planned Omega vs. Fenix match as the main, but the rest of the show might get retooled. This is uncharted territory for AEW, as this has never happened before. They can stand to back things up a week and give people time to properly grieve and show their respect Tho it may not be a popular take, I also wouldn't blame them if they kept it as regularly programmed. I assume they will get the temperature of the locker room to see what they are feeling and how to proceed

I think the Raw is Owen route is the best way to go.
Those who want to work can and those who want to speak can. If not? We'll all understand.

Hangman takes up the reigns of the Dark Order, and Silver beats Omega in a non-title match Wednesday. I think the fans want some kind of tribute like that.

This is heartbreaking. He seemed like such an amazing and personable guy from the Unrestricteds he did, and that's been borne out by all the reactions from people throughout the wrestling world. Amazing with everything he did in AEW, from that brilliant debut (sadly never getting to appear in front of his hometown crowd), brilliant in the ring and one of the best big men of this generation, and he did some of the most memorable stuff in BTE's history. And just thinking about him in the Fighting Back stream, not only rolling with the usual nL madness but being a force of chaos in his own right and needling Xavier, just... What can you even say other than one of his trademark yelled f bombs? RIP.

Wow, this is horrible. I'm beyond shocked.
I'm just happy he was able to spend the last months of his career in a prominent spot on TV and able to show his talents to a new audience.

Big E's thread is somehow both painful and heartening. Two guys with hearts as big as all outdoors, now just one guy paying tribute to what was.
