Many of you are posting cities too small to host a Mania. Has to be a big enough tourist destination to draw enough people to the point where your local government is willing to pay WWE enough to make the deal because they’ll recoup that investment via tourism $. Also some of you are posting cities with stadiums under 50K capacity. Not going to happen. This is a reason why I keep saying London is an option. Like, yeah we know it has a decent rain risk, but Wembley has a retractable roof. Wouldn't the time difference make running in the UK a big issue? Airing it live there is what 7 hours difference between the UK and the eastern part of the US.

Like, yeah we know it has a decent rain risk, but Wembley has a retractable roof. Not a full retractable roof. It only covers part of the two ends of the stadium - it's there to help expose the grass to more sunlight, rather than keep people dry. If you're in the bottom tier, or in the seats that would be on the pitch, and it rains, you're getting wet. The only stadium in the UK that has a fully retractable roof is in Cardiff. Great for Wrestlemania, and the Motorpoint arena is ideal for Access, but the nearest arenas big enough for Raw, Smackdown and NXT are in Manchester and Birmingham.

It’s five hours time difference from London to the east coast.

London would be fine since Wrestlemania is close to 12 hours long anyway. It would be over at midnight our time and 5am there

Next time the NFL runs here, check if you think it's an OK time, because it's likely to be the same arena but on a Sunday/over 2 days

But what I was getting at is there has been what one major WWF Ppv ran in the UK. IIRC that one was aired on a delay over here. And even back then the results were known before it aired over here. I could see WWE holding one of the non-major PPVs in the UK. But WM ...nah I doubt that happens.
