You also have to remember their shows are long as shit. With Raw being 3 hours, they have people like Nia Jax doing long ass 2 or 3 segment matches, when it’s like..she clearly doesn’t have the cardio for this. Is their solution more large, jacked people putting on 20 minute matches when they get gassed 5 minutes in? And they don't even need to. They use 15 people in 3 hours when they have 50 people on the RAW roster. Maybe if Angel Garza or Drew Gulak had 5-10 min slots instead of the 20 minute Nia Jax segment, they might get... reactions from the crowd? If there's one thing later Nitro had over Raw right now, it was they knew when to put Juventud or Blitzkrieg or someone out there to do some flippy shit for 8 minutes to wake the crowd back up. I can't remember that happening on Raw since that god awful feud between Humberto and whoever Zelina had with her that week.

WCW didn't care of undercard dudes tore the house down for 10 minutes and had the crowd hot... The WWE would totally yell at those guys for upstaging the maineventers.

Man some people online look for any reason to verbally shred Alvarez and Meltzer. It's unhealthy. I personally think it's pretty bad that they have to hold a meeting with their talent to reassure them Vince and Pritchard aren't taking over the brand. Like maybe f***ing tell them before things spiral out of hand next time? Stop holding cards so close to the chest from YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES.

WCW's main problem was not transferring that heat into new main eventers, rather than not giving them the lower card to get over on. WWE seems to actively not want the lower card to be anything, or do anything.

Note that anytime Ricochet is sent out there to have a semi-competitive match that lasts longer than 5 mins the crowd tend to wake up. They could do this if they wanted to...
They are also fully aware of what a 30 minute Nia Jax segment is.

And I've made the exact same Nia Jax segment comment ,but in defence, they keep using them. That Charlotte match went on forever. Blitzkrieg was awesome. Disappeared to become a computer technician! AEW do this too - crowd losing steam? Send out Jungle Boy or Orange Cassidy or the Lucha Bros - someone the crowd love unconditionally, or can dig for their wild stuff. WWE used to do this, we used to joke at school it was the "emergency break glass for Rikishi and Too Cool" button! Crowd snooze through an Albert match? Play Rikishi's music and they pop like Austin arrived... Now they have one of the most talented rosters on Earth slumming it.

Apparently among those released from WWE was their catering. They're presently just using venue food and are bringing in a cheaper caterer in November.

Seriously though, years ago the company I work for co-located an industry event with another group and once we got on site at the convention center, the philosophy between the two companies on how they treated their respective teams was really apparent.
Like for lunch, we had a warm small buffet option with salad and such. They had a cold lunch meat platter with semi-stale rolls.
Sounds silly but food does matter to the support staff/employees.

Again, Shane Helms disputed that story. Also the source for said rumor was Ringside News. Do I really need to say more?

He said they didn't have to brown bag it but he did acknowledge they're changing catering. Changing catering is hardly news or anything worth actually complaining about. That's just trying to drum up outrage for no real reason. If changing catering companies was worth getting up in arms about, every major company would be in the news since major companies change their catering services more often than you think.
