To add to this I listened to a pod where one of the hosts is a cousin of Swerve...he basically said no shot hit row stays together. Swerve is a star with big interest the rest of them are green and need development.

I saw just the Drake video on Twitter and scrolled past it a day or two ago. I assumed it had to be an angle. They couldn't have fired him again.

So they fired her because she wasnt "pretty enough", that has Johnny Ace written over it. Johnny Ace is a scumbag, plain and simple. A mindset like his does not bode well for the future of the womens division. Be a ⭐️ Johnny Bella

Another quote from Top Dolla from that interview:
"When we were on SmackDown, we did the segment with Sami (Zayn). We were rehearsing the segment. The audio was really loud in the arena. I politely asked, ‘Do you think we can turn down the audio in the arena a little bit just so that the people in the arena, because they were playing music, so that the people in the arena could hear what we were saying and we could get a reaction from it.’ I don’t know what was said, but something was said about me over the headset that was so disrespectful, that three different producers who heard it on the headset came up to me and apologized to me afterwards, even though I didn’t even hear what was said. Clearly something was said that was very wild and disrespectful because they felt the need to apologize to me for something I didn’t even know. If I would have heard it and said anything back, then I’m disgruntled, and I’m aggressive, and I’m the angry black man. It’s unfortunate the way that things shape out, but at the end of the day, I’m not telling nobody to never watch WWE again. I’m going to watch WWE. I’m not sitting here pretending that I’m not. I watch everything. But also, that’s not the end all, be all. That’s not where we have to be, to be successful. We are more than capable of going anywhere in this world and making the same impact.”

That reads to me as, "Someone said something super racist and other people knew they had to rapidly move to cover their asses over it."

Producers doesn't necessarily mean in the production staff, that's what they call agents. So it could be Michael Hayes.

In the latest observer Dave's wording makes this come off as though Top Dolla was the only one they had high hopes for. So when he rubbed people the wrong way they axed them all..
It's completely worded in a way that they saw basically no value in swerve on the main roster.

It's completely worded in a way that they saw basically no value in swerve on the main roster. They didn't. Even reports had Swerve and Adonis as the tag team and Top Dolla as the singles star. The group was doomed from the start with the notion that Swerve wasn't gonna be the draw like he clearly well... is and should be. Vince still views smaller wrestlers in a biased light despite EVERYTHING. No different here.

You mean WWE firing people within a few weeks after signing a contract didn't do that. Stuff like the quarterly firing sprees and how people aren't even lasting an entire year in the company, like why would you want to work there. Things are so unstable and your job is so unsecure, you'd be better off working anywhere but WWE.

Johnny Ace is such a well known creep today I'm amazed he has a job in 2021. Yes Vince and Dunn are infamous creeps too but they were already in the payroll, hiring surgery problematic person is shocking.

I think this is an interesting statement regarding locker room morale right now.

I think this is an interesting statement regarding locker room morale right now. It does feel, if nothing else, like he sees it as a possible reality. I guess he ought to, given several main eventers have been fired in the last year or two, so virtually no one is safe.

Woods is better set-up for his post-WWE career than most just with his gaming ventures, let alone any interest from other companies, so he’d obviously feel more at peace with things were it to happen.

I think that's a reason why they wouldn't want to fire him since he'd be the face of AEW Games 90 days later but even before then, he'd have G4, he'd likely be doing something with Giant Bomb the day after, maybe he'll do a couple more eSports hosting, stuff like that. But then, again, they've fired people higher up on the card for pettier reasons ("Oh no, we paid this guy too much money" or "Oh no, this person doesn't agree to our every creative decision") so who the hell knows?

I think this is an interesting statement regarding locker room morale right now. We've been saying it. Not just Woods but the entire New Day do not need WWE. WWE needs them whether they realize it or not. If any or all of them were to walk... regardless if it would lead to them showing up in AEW or another promotion (Woods and E have pretty strong connections and reasons they'd show up there) it'd be a huge blow to WWE. There are a lot of wrestlers where we say "Well the machine will keep on turning with or without them... New Day leaving will probably keep that machine turning... but the gear are gonna be squeaking a bit harder than before... especially if they show up somewhere else.
