Happy draft eve! Who are y鈥檃ll hoping your teams pick? I鈥檓 really hoping for Alperen Sengun for the Spurs. Wouldn鈥檛 hate Kai Jones or Usman Garuba either.

I鈥檇 rather draft upside than higher-floor / low ceiling glue guys. My hope is Kuminga falls. It鈥檚 unlikely but there are reports he鈥檚 falling down the board a bit.

But that just might be my buyers remorse of the last 18 year old Euro MVP the Kings decided not to take.

With two picks in the top 10 I've looked at the 2nd tier of prospects a lot and I could talk myself into most of the ones I've seen connected to the Magic. The exception is I'm not as high on Barnes as a lot of people are and I really hope we don't draft him. I think he has a higher floor than a lot of the 2nd tier prospects but I personally don't see that high of ceiling and hope we swing for the fences on our picks even if they have a lower floor.

Even if you could make the case Simmons was the biggest factor in why they lost in the playoffs,it was idiotic of them to kind of publicly call him out when the series is over. When you want to get rid of someone talk them up or at least don't trash them and decrease their potential trade value.

If they came out and supported him publicly and then called teams like they hadn't just watched the same series the rest of the world watched, does anyone buy what they're selling? Simmons is the same high-upside, DMVP-caliber, offensive headcase with no shot whether they admit it publicly or not. Philly didn't decrease his value, his play did.

Crazy few days for Kyrie Irving
He publicly lambasted Nike for releasing his sneakers saying they are trash and telling people not to buy them. It has also been said he is parting ways with Roc Nation
On a positive note his foundation set up a plant to give clean water to a village in Pakistan

Yea, pretty much They have defended that boy for years and he was sort of kept under the radar but his performance in the playoffs at this point in his career f***ed him and the 76ers. He still has a ton of upside but coming into Year 6 (his 5th full season after injury) and that contract, people expect a ton more on offense He's looking more Draymond Green than Giannis. Those are still good comparisons but the ability to actually take the shot and put up a 40 piece may not be in his DNA

Word around NBA is Colin Sexton is a bit of a stubborn ass and rubbed his teammates the wrong way
He might be better utilized as a sixth man than a top scoring option which i'm sure he don't want to hear coming into a contract

Raptors could be playing 76ers type mind games with the league
Rumors coming out they will surprise everyone and take F Scottie Barnes but everyone and their mother expects them to take Jalen Suggs. That will create a real interesting situation for Orlando if they have Suggs in their lap

Player I like late in the game, either a late first round pick or most likely a 2nd round pick
Jericho Sims. He has raw tools to be a good hype man off the bench. He can impact the game without scoring but if he wants to be a constant rotation player, he needs a little offense
Could be a Montrez Harrell, WCS type of player
