{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} Kurt with the swords was excellent. Not quite X2 level but excellent. There were some good moments and I am generally enjoying things. It's just kinda crazy to think how optimistic things started out. Yes Magneto was taking over the school but otherwise the X-men were in a good place, mutants were starting to be accepted. However, a few decades of reading comics taught me that the people in charge will never allow mutants to be accepted for long before reasserting the status quo. It's kinda like how they never let Spider-man be successful or happy too long because that isn't the Spider-man they grew up with. I guess I'm kinda over mutants being hated. That said, I'll definitely catch the rest of the season. Just curious to see where we end up and it the end is as dreary as it seems it might be.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} Just realized what Magneto did is just like what The Mandarin did in The Iron Man Cartoon Series Finale.
How many vehicles such as cars, planes and trains crashed because of it? And how many people at hospitals died due to life support going out? We're looking at possibly millions dying.

Beau DeMayo's social media comments from yesterday {Spoiler}-Bastion's mother also appeared in the original series, a waitress in "One Man's Worth" -Emma Frost won't be appearing in further episodes, focus will now be on the 'core team' -The woman talking to Bastion after Doom and Zemo isn't meant to be another well-known Marvel villain, just a generic federal official -Yes, that was the Christopher Daniel Barnes Spider-Man (someone should have asked him if he found Mary Jane)

So how will Jonah blame Spider-Man for this?

That was absolutely beyond belief. I am sitting here stunned. Those last few minutes were spectacular.

So how will Jonah blame Spider-Man for this? In the original "Zero Tolerance" story, Jameson actually has a pretty important role in one chapter and has a memorable stand-off with Bastion. www.cbr.com/x-men-97-bastion-j-jonah-jameson/

Given the reception, Disney has got to give the people what they want and make Spider-Man 98. They can scrap shows like Kiff and Louder and Prouder if they need room for the budget.

That new Spider-Man cartoon due out this year (Friendly Neighbourhood) doesn't stand a chance. It's DOA. Nobody will want it. Scrap it and give us Spidey '98, even if takes a couple of years.

i really like that Wolverine has been a bit of a background character this series, hes been there, and had some comeback lines etc and some nice scenes here and there, but hasn't had a story of him crying in the snow somewhere in Canada or some a flash back episode. although saying that i do hope we get to see Maverick in all his 90s glory soon.

Jameson's gonna get cosmic powers and make a news paper so big with a headline of why Spiderman stinks that it could orbit around the earth.
