Phoenix reborn, and boy does she literally 'take it out' of Sinster, reverting him back to Nathenial Essex.
Big final battle with Bastion, Kelly approves the launch of special missiles that can bypass Magneto's powers, the X-Men defeat Bastion but the missiles strike Asteroid M. The X-men are presumed dead, but in reality they've all been transported across time and space. Some are trapped in Egypt, Wolverine and Morph aren't accounted for, and Scott and Jean are trapped in the future where they meet Rachel.
And all the while, Apocalypse is plotting to revive Gambit as his horseman of Death. So everyone called that happening |

If Marvel need a showrunner for this show in future, I don't know if they are available on other projects but they could get ones from the DC’s Young Justice. Think they would fit in well with this series and one of them was a showrunner for The Spectacular Spider-Man show.

Two things to note.

Graydon Creed is running for President, yet it was implied that he got killed by Sabretooth.
Bastion, when he tore off Cable's arm, also got his time machine, so the whole time displacement is because of him. |
