Blackish only getting a first season release is still so odd to me. I always enjoyed it, and just rewatched it recently.

I'd love to see the Walt Disney Treasures DVD sets reissued on Blu-ray. It's a crime that there's so much classic animation that hasn't been restored or released in decades, if ever. The got dang Disney Vault, man. And weren't most of the cartoons on those, also on the Cartoon Classics VHS tapes they released in the early 80s? I remember renting those a lot as a kid from one of the rental places. Disney's got stuff that would sell like mad, but they don't release them.

POINT OF ORIGIN
a fantastic little tv movie, based on the true story of the convicted serial arsonist John Leonard Orr, john leguizamo and ray lioota (rip), only saw it once but it is mesmerizing ... and i found it on youtube!!!
but i would still buy it
WITHOUT WARNING (the one with Q and Malcolms mom in it!) they released THE MCPHERSON TAPES earlier in the year, those two would be a right double bill larf lat at night ... as i kack myself!!!
THE MOSCONI CUP pool competitions, they could sell them cheap and i'd hoover them up like chalk dust!

Pretty sure DS9 was shot on video and thus could not get the treatment TNG and TOS got. Because these where actually shot on 35mm. DS9 on Bluray would look like utter garbage. DS9 and Voyager were shot on 35mm film. In fact, some scenes from DS9 were remastered in HD and reframed in widescreen for the What We Left Behind documentary. The major technical hurdle would be the VFX shots, which - like TNG - were composited on video. Worse still, later seasons ditched practical models completely in favour of CGI, which would need to be remade from scratch. Not impossible to do, but time consuming and very expensive. Given the TNG remasters wound up losing money, the focus is now firmly on producing new content. Even outside of the documentary, there's a lot of fan made attempts to upscale DS9, including the space battles. They look surprisingly good, very vivid colors. There's a youtuber currently releasing upscaled Garak clips, and I never realized how detailed his makeup and prosthetics were.

I'd want a Region 1 Blu-Ray for every Super Sentai up to at least Turboranger (Fiveman is getting a DVD release from Shout! so I stopped before there).

I would love for David Lynch's Inland Empire to be available on Blu Ray, preferably a Criterion release.

I actually have the Defiant Project upscales, and they're pretty impressive. Even more so given they were done in the early days of AI upscaling software, which has improved by leaps and bounds since.

Surprised we never saw a budget dvd release of the Leslie Nielsen golf videos. I have zero interest in golf, but these have some funny bits.
EDIT: And on that note, the "Dorf" videos need a re-release too.
