Scarlett also discussed her final few months where she wasn't medically cleared:
"I wasn't medically cleared yet," she said. "I was having matches before Raw and SmackDown because they wanted me to wrestle. After the second match, everything was going great, I get home and look in the mirror and I'm like, 'One of these doesn't look like the other.' [referencing her boobs]. The next day was NXT and I immediately go to medical and I'm like, 'Hey, I'm not sure if I'm going crazy or if they always looked like this. Maybe I'm just tired.' With the adrenaline from wrestling, you don't notice certain things hurt all the time, so I didn't think anything of it. I went to medical and they were like, 'Yes, one of your boobs is totally gone.' I was like, 'I can get the surgery and can manage and be ringside, that's no problem, I just can't wrestle right away.' The plan was, I guess for me to wrestle so they were like, 'When you're totally clear, you're gonna wrestle.' They scrapped all the managing stuff at that point and I was sitting at home for those last four months just waiting."

Knowing Vince's sick mentality, he was probably hoping Kross would've flat out refused to job in his first match. And when he didn't, he gave up on him.

If Vince was in the right mood then refusing to job could make Vince think you are a real man. Then 5 minutes later Vince could be in a completely different mood where refusing to job gets you labeled a mark, or difficult. And then you get taken off tv and released. There is no way to win anymore. I seriously think he is going senile.

I love that I've finally got official confirmation that this dude is always fighting a case of the giggles in the ring.

There being no meaningful difference between a match being 90 seconds or 10 minutes sums things up really.

Can't say anything I saw of him in NXT gave me hopes, but the company still did him dirty and it was absolutely a hatchet job for NXT.

Vince’s weird psychotic “quirks” and pettiness make it really hard to know how to react. You never know how he will take it.
He and his cronies still have that same toxic “alpha male” mentality from 20-30 years ago. They cannot accept that times have changed.

Honestly I think he was a rare occasion where Vince actually listened to the crowd and heard the sound of silence and immediately gave up. If they cheer or boo you're fine but no reaction is a death sentence

Okay but why job him on his first night? He should've said no to that. Seems like a Prichard idea. He believes beating new guys straight away gives them somewhere to go, rather than impressive debuts with a win. He’s long argued it was the right move to beat the Radicalz their first night in and figures it was right because they eventually got over.

The Radicalz were over because they were already established and pretty damned skilled.

Also, like, they were jumping ship and the fans knew that was a big deal even if they didn’t watch a lick of WCW. You’d want to actually utilize on that, you would have thought.

They also brought Charlotte up when she was NXT Women’s Champion. Right before a Takeover title match. And had her lose to Natalya in like two minutes in her first MR match.
They have such a warped mentality on so many things.

I wish there was a documentary series of all the gimmick changes that failed or never went to television. Stuff like this to "Super Hero Neville" to "Bane Ambrose", man that's a goldmine. That's why need more current guys doing interviews on stuff like Broken Skull Sessions Lashley shredded the feud he had with Zayn because creative gave them nothing and Seth whole interview was basically I am not afraid to lose my job. From arguing with Vince to him and Becky trying on purpose to have a kid when she was still way over as The Man
