That's why need more current guys doing interviews on stuff like Broken Skull Sessions Lashley shredded the feud he had with Zayn because creative gave them nothing and Seth whole interview was basically I am not afraid to lose my job. From arguing with Vince to him and Becky trying on purpose to have a kid when she was still way over as The Man I still need to watch those. After that Moxley one I've sorta tuned out on em. I just caught up on them over the weekend Last few have been good and obviously the Jeff Hardy one is a whole eye opener after he said he is surprised to be back in WWE and knowing he can't f*** up again

Okay but why job him on his first night? He should've said no to that. Seems like a Prichard idea. He believes beating new guys straight away gives them somewhere to go, rather than impressive debuts with a win. He’s long argued it was the right move to beat the Radicalz their first night in and figures it was right because they eventually got over. Talking up bad ideas because one time it ended up not keeping things from working out down the line and taking that as confirmation bias his ideas are good? Jeez no wonder Vince likes him so much

Anyone who believes it when people in WWE say "We have a long term story planned out for you two, don't sweat it" at this point has to be out of their minds...

The Jeff one sounds sad.

Looking at the RAW this was on (7/19)... This was the first RAW back in front of a crowd, so you had Cena doing a promo after his big return the night before, you had Goldberg doing a return to set up the Lashley feud, you had a whole bunch of 10 minute matches... In hindsight, either drop this match and give the extra five minutes to Keith Lee on his own ill-fated return so he looks a LITTLE BIT better in defeat against Lashley or don't do a 10 minute Jaxson Ryker v Elias match and give that time to Hardy and Kross. I would love to be in the room when they were presented with two matches of equal length, one featuring the (then) current NXT Champion and a once-upon-a-time WWE Champion, and the other featuring This Guy Gunner, and see just which MENSA member said "Gunner needs the time". As an aside, three of those four no longer work for WWE, and the last hasn't been on television in forever, so I guess it's all moot at this point.

Can't say anything I saw of him in NXT gave me hopes, but the company still did him dirty and it was absolutely a hatchet job for NXT. Yeah, NXT bent over backwards to try to get the guy over... and almost everything got over in NXT... but he couldn't... so I have very little belief that he would have on the main roster regardless. BUT... EVEN THEN... they didn't try and basically shot him in the knees before he got a chance too... and yeah whether it will be admitted to or not I'm sure it's for a petty reason like NXT didn't kill AEW.
