I have.... No idea what that was, and whether or not it was planned or something got botched, but either way it certainly made Raquel look like a massive dumbass.

Fun match, really stupid finish.
Raquel looked like an idiot at the end there.

I am gonna have to watch it back because as soon as it happened I was just all....WTF.
Cora rolls up KLR...Raquel seemingly forgets her cue untill the last second...because we have to create some last minute disension.
And Io just stays outside because this whole ending does not call for her involvement.

That finish was outstandingly dumb, and the division has really entered a dark period right now. And not in a kayfabe way. In an actual quality level of way. Raquel is dumber than Braun (I'm just waiting for Stephanie to show up next week and start calling her stupid), Cora just isn't catching on and has almost no real credibility considering all of her wins are basically rollups or outright flukes. She's incredibly green.
Kay Lee Ray's alignment is...whatever. They had her come in as a heel and beat up Ember Moon and Sarray. But then a week or two later she's a babyface. And now she's...I don't even know.
Io Shirai felt like the only woman with actual noticeable crowd support. Maybe it's because they haven't completely screwed up her booking. Or maybe because she felt like the most crisp performer in that match and was part of the actual strongest parts of it.

That wasn't Raquel's finest moment.

I almost feel like Raquel did the push-over to roll-up to the wrong person. Like she was one series of moves ahead of schedule in her mind.

Io was bringing out the best in Cora in the start of the match (and was no surprise the best part of the match) I would like to see a mini feud with them just to see what else Io can get out of her because it is just what she does.
Have Cora's confidence kind of end up as her hubris where she thinks she can take on the world...and challenges the likes of KLR and Io only to get put down.
I suspect Raquels time in NXT is up here soon anways..Mandy will retain and then Raquel will put over Cora on her way out.

Honestly I think there's a discussion to be had here about if Cora Jade is getting too much too quickly. I saw it posted on reddit, but someone said that it feels like WWE is trying to build up a new version of Bayley with her, but not realizing that there needs to be some actual adversity. And that it would actually help if she lost a bit more often, and almost all of her wins are actual clean pins that aren't flukes or rollups.

I know it sounds weird as I've always known she was really good but that sequence really made me appreciate how good Io is. In that sequence Cora came off so much better then she has with anyone else she's wrestled and to this point it seemed like all they confidence in Cora to do was get beat up for a few minutes and then do a rollup and win. However in that sequence she looked so smooth and confident and I don't think it was just Cora magically getting really good over night.

Io is widely seen as one of, if not the best women's wrestler on the planet right now. She also has the chops to carry people to good matches, considering she spent quite a bit of time in STARDOM, including wrestling younger children and bringing them up dramatically. If there is anyone who is basically Kenny/Daniel levels of amazing in the ring among the women and the best at bringing them out, it's Io Shirai.

When I watch anyone wrestle Io it to me looks so easy on her opponents because to me Io is always wrestling to her opponents strengths evidenced by her oppoents usually always end up on getting in more offence on her and Io just bumping her ass off for them. It is why I stand by what I have said that title or no title...Io should be the anchor to any womens division she is apart of because she makes every single woman look better for having wrestled her and it was not a long burst tonight but Io made Cora look better than she has in her entire run in NXT so far.

It just seems like they can never book a babyfaces star's right. Bayley was the one time they got it right. Otherwise it's either the Charlotte route where they get everything right from the start where no one can relate to her and there's nothing about her to rally behind since she's never had to overcome anything, the Liv Morgan route where they NEVER win anything and it's super hard to care, or the Becky Lynch route where they eventually break through after a grind BUT only after they turn heel. As for Cora it's still kind of early to tell. I'm not against pushing her as there's definitely potential there. I agree the rolup finishes aren't doing her any favors. They aren't making her look like a valiant face. They are just making her look lucky. The key is they need to take the middle ground which is something they for whatever reason can never comprehend. They definitely shouldn't put the title on her any time soon but they shouldn't just beat her into dirt either. I think the best way to go is to put her into a feud outside the title picture where she goes over. Maybe have Raquel turn heel on her and then do a program with the two of them. Raquel beats down and bullies Cora for a while but in the blow off match Cora stands up to her and beats her. It's not hard. They make it hard but it shouldn't be.

Yeah they are NOT good at booking baby faces well in general, especially not underdog ones. And looking at who is in charge of WWE, it ain’t hard to see why.

What happened? I just saw the last two minutes where they looking at the Mandy video. There was a weird body language where it looked like somebody f***ed up something.

This is just me speculating, but it also feels like she isn't going to get over by facing women like Io either, who is way too over. Cora would be a fine mid to lower midcard babyface, but that's about it. This match tonight pretty much showed why trying to push Cora as the top babyface isn't going to work. If the vast majority of your audience is rooting for Io over Cora, that should be setting off alarm bells. It's why the tag match felt incredibly off as well.
