I'm simultaneously delighted/dreading the opportunity of playing TMNT for the first time since my childhood. The underwater Dam section is still nightmare fuel.
Seriously, that's a fantastic looking collection. It'll be a day one purchase for me.

Seeing the trailer, did not expect it to be as extensive as it was so that’s a big positive for me.

Honestly, it'd be cool to see Warner Bros work with Konami to get the Looney Tunes and Tiny Toons games out on a collection some day.

That sounds like they've put a pretty decent amount of effort into this.

No Tourney fighter nes multiplayer no buy.
Find it weird they are going with Hyperstone Heist instead of the SNES TIT. Yes I know it would look weirder on the press release but its different enough from the arcade and a better version then Hyperstone

That sounds like they've put a pretty decent amount of effort into this. Collections are some of the most consistent output by Konami these days, largely because they get really solid developers like M2 or Digital Eclipse to work on them, and can reach into the vaults for content. If/when they get Bomberman collections going, I think they'll probably be as good.

It seems that the NES and Genesis versions of Tournament Fighters are in there as well. I know that a lot of people speak negatively about that version, but I hold that version dear to my heart because it was the only version I could play at that time and had fun in multiplayer. Against the computer, not so much, but the graphics were great and the soundtrack was great, too. No Tourney fighter nes multiplayer no buy. Find it weird they are going with Hyperstone Heist instead of the SNES TIT. Yes I know it would look weirder on the press release but its different enough from the arcade and a better version then Hyperstone I looked closely at the footage used. It appears that the SNES version of Turtles in Time will be in as well. EDITED TO ADD* Now that I think about it, for the arcade versions of The Arcade Game and Turtles in Time, do you think we might have a way to select the characters or do we have to use certain controller ports to play as said character?

Interesting that we're getting not just the Arcade and console versions of TMNT Arcade and Turtles In Time, but also all three versions of Tournament Fighters (NES, SNES, and Genesis).
But what I'm really looking forward to is TMNT3: Radical Rescue. It was a Metroidvania.

I looked closely at the footage used. It appears that the SNES version of Turtles in Time will be in as well. Yeah, it's every TMNT game released by Konami in arcades and on the 8-bit and 16-bit systems, including localisations. Literally as comprehensive a collection as you can get. The only thing more I could ask for would be for each game to get HD upgrade in a similar vein as Rescue-Palooza, but that's just me being greedy. Much like the Simpsons arcade game, two-player TNMT cabinets had traditional character select options while still technically retaining the option for four players, so I'm going to assume this is the version they'll use.

Such a beautiful, amazing announcement. If the original music is all in tact...and right now we have no reason to believe it won't be... I don't even know what to say. It's what dreams are made of.

I guess if you're going to include different versions of a game, Tournament Fighters is a good one to go with since the different versions were quite different, indeed, between their rosters and gameplay. I'm really glad that Nickelodeon and Konami worked together on this. If this does sell well, I hope it will encourage some other rights holders to possibly do the same with some other licensed games. I know Capcom has a lot more on their plate than Konami these days, but it would be fun to see them explore the same.

Lol, I was asking for this for years.
So of course they release it after I get a retro system with literally all of these on it...
