River of Darkness-Has Kurt Angle as the lead,Sid Vicious and Kevin Nash as evil killer ghosts. And Glacier as one of the lead bad guys. Too many to lists but Luke Hawx over the past 5 years has been doing piles of stunt work in movies. At least once every few months I will spot Luke as some random bad guy in an action film made in South LA. I watched River of Darkness. It was disappointing for a number of reasons, but mostly because it’s not the movie where Kurt Angle randomly dresses up like a clown.

I remember seeing a promo image for a film featuring The Ultimate Warrior in a magazine back in the early 90s (PWI maybe?) and wanted to watch it. Never did. A quick IMDB search tells me it was called Firepower (1993).

Kevin Nash in Grandmas Boy. Was a cult hit at the time, but I don't know how remembered it is 15-20 years later. Top 5 hangover movie of all time and Nash steals his scenes

Pain & Gain has an obvious one as The Rock is one of the leads, but in the scene where he gets into a prison fight, Kurt Angle plays one of the guys he beats up.

A couple of weeks ago I watched Redcon-1, a viral outbreak/zombie movie. About halfway through, I realized the star is Katie Lea Burchill/Winter.

I know alot of people who did not like but this but I did and Katie was fine in it. I discovered Oris Erhuero through this movie as I thought he was the best part about it.

RVD played at random fighters that almost got killed during a match in a movie called Superfights. I remember it used to be on HBO all the time when I was a kid.

Apologies if it was mentioned here and I missed it, but Terry Funk AND Scott Norton were both in the movie 'Over the Top' where Sylvester Stallone has to win an arm-wrestling tournament to win custody of his son. May have just not been mentioned in this thread because Funk and Norton's appearances are pretty common knowledge. Buff Bagwell - Day of the Warrior and Return to Savage Beach. Coincidentally, I just asked him about this on Twitter today: Major Payne, the Damon Wayans movie where he plays a drill sergeant who has to watch over a bunch of kids, features Bam Bam Bigelow. Bam Bam is also in Joe's Apartment, as pointed out by film historian and horror host Joe Bob Briggs - officialfan.proboards.com/thread/617310/joe-bob-briggs-bam-bigelow

Gangrel played a prisoner with Crohn's Disease in the Human Centipede 3, it was definitely the most random movie appearance from a wrestler I've ever seen.

Might be the wrong thread to ask this in, but it saves making a new thread. I once saw a film on the horror channel in the UK which had a guy (or was there a couple of people? I’m doubting my memory now) in a Lucha mask killing people. I saw it in one of my lapses of fandom so I never thought to clock what the film was called. Does anybody know what this could be? I can only remember the lucha masked killer and the fact that it was fairly gruesome. To contribute to the thread. How about Kurt Angle in Endgame? Not the Avengers film. My guess is Wrestlemaniac, starring the original Rey Misterio. Thank you. I was trying to remember the name of that movie. The female lead in the movie was also the runner up in the 2005 Diva Search competition that Ashley Massaro won. Going strictly off memory I think her name is Leyla Milani? I always thought she was super pretty and assumed WWE would give her another look at some point like they did with several other Diva Search contestants.

I saw the Ringer because Funk was in it, not much of a Jackass fan. Was actually way better than you’d expect. Plus, “When the f*** did we get ice cream?!” Is probably the funniest “ad-lib” in movie history. Johnny Knoxville cracking up at that line when his character is supposed to be nervous really sells it. The kid who said the line was legitimately asking. So Johnny Jackass cracked. It was so funny they decided to leave it in.

Sharknado 2 has Kurt Angle appear as the FDNY fire chief.
I believe some of the other later ones have Jericho and Seth Rollins too.

I’ve had Bounty Hunters starring Trish Stratus on Blu-ray sitting around unwatched for a few months now. Anyone see it before? Should I pull the trigger?

For what it is, it's one of those movies that you could put on if you're bored. It's definitely not a good movie but I wasn't bored with it. Also, spoiler alert, but I marked out when Trish did the Stratusfaction. I kid you not. Here is my contribution to the thread - Kerry Von Erich was an inmate in "Problem Child."

Kevin Nash starred in this movie called Lockdown in 2021 (ah, references to a time most want to forget). He has a couple of scenes at the beginning then appears behind a tree at the very end of the movie to tease a sequel (?). So, all in all he has like 5 minutes of airtime.
He's front and center on all promo materials.

Buff Bagwell - Day of the Warrior and Return to Savage Beach. Coincidentally, I just asked him about this on Twitter today: Fun fact: Julie Strain's husband (at the time) was Kevin Eastman, co-creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (and he had a small role in the movie as well, he was the "team electronic expert").

I had forgotten all about Girls Gone Dead and Jerry Lawler piledriving some sort of demon.
“EAT DIRT, BITCH!”
Marcus Bagwell in Day of the Warrior also featured American Gladiator Zap(Raye Hollit)

The non-conclusive movie star career of one Ed Leslie. I know someone who would love to study this, but he is too shy to ask.

How many of you were surprised to see George Steele in the 1994 movie Ed Wood? It was filmed in black and white. Yes, I’m serious.
