This is a pretty well known one, I think, but I just recently watched Riddick, which features Dave Batista as a bounty hunter. Riddick came out a year before Guardians of the Galaxy, but he has a few moments in it that feel very Drax-like.
Batista shoots at Riddick's dog, but misses and the dog runs away.
Next day:
Lead hunter: Is that the same dog I told you to shoot yesterday?
Batista, looking at the ground and kind of mumbling: No, I'm pretty sure we got that one.

A couple of weeks ago I watched Redcon-1, a viral outbreak/zombie movie. About halfway through, I realized the star is Katie Lea Burchill/Winter. one of my friends/former co-workers helped with something on that movie, lent me the blu ray of it when it came out. took me 4 attempts to watch it. didn't realise it was her until the film was almost over and I was looking at the trivia on imdb for it. |
