So, this is gonna sound sarcastic, or like a slam, but I promise it's not. My favorite Bruce Willis movie is Hudson Hawk. It's a hilarious, misguided mess of a movie, and I've always been grateful to Willis for having the brains to let Richard E. Grant and Sandra Bernhard team up as bad guys and absolutely DEVOUR the scenery, creating two of my favorite movie villains ever. I wish him and his family all the best. that film & the last boy scout are under-rated films, they were never going to be award winners but they're not terrible. Hudson Hawk is a comedy (bordering loony toons level of stupidity.) and people quickly forgot that his breakout role was in moonlighting which was more a drama-comedy series after the first two die hard movies which is weird because people loved death becomes her the year after. the last boy scout is dismissed as a die hard knock off which is weird as it seems to inspire how John McClane slowly evolves in the next three die hard films. both films are Bruce trying to expand his work as an actor so he's not typecast as the guy from die hard.

ugh... this is awful. My grandma had a form of dementia at the end of her life and it was painfully sad seeing the unfortunate changes. It was like she slowly slipped away before actually passing away. I have always liked Bruce Willis despite the negativity that as said about him. It's unfortunate that we now might now the reason for some of that negativity was sickness. It's sad. Godspeed to him and his family.

I have a friend who is a massive film buff and studied it at uni and says technically it's a very well made film. It's actually insanely well-shot for the most part, it's just a shame that certain decisions were made that hamstrung the film tonally.
