So WM next year is in California, the other home state of The Deadman. And he never had his final match in front of a crowd and he did say "Never say Never". So should Taker return for one last run?
In order to hide his in-ring limitations, have him revert back to the undead zombie gimmick and have his matches consist of dudes running into his fist and bouncing all over the place, then a chokeslam to end it. His entrance could fill up at least 20 mins on Raw.
So should The Deadman rise for one last run?

Not a match but it’ll be celeb heavy so he’ll probably come out in ring garb to chokeslam some reality tv or YouTube sort who is invited to do a heel promo and work up the crowd.

He really should've just called it a career after Mania 28. It was the perfect note to go out on and while there were some more good matches following that, there was still far more bad than good from that point.

For his sake I'd say no. If the Last Ride doc said anything it's that he really just needed to let go of having that perfect sendoff because he was using that as an excuse to keep wrestling.
I saw this as well about the "never say never" line:

He would ruin the Boneyard Match which was frankly the best way he could have gone out
The dude can't really work a regular match anymore and that was more than apparent his last few times out, let it be, everyone loved the last cinematic.

You know, I really wouldn’t mind this. He comes down in a Harley and chokeslams some foo. Or even as the Deadman. “Arrive. Destroy. Leave” sort of thing. In small doses and if it felt right of course.

Christ no
At some point these guys have to stop. He's closing in on 60.
And before someone mentions Austin, he stopped twenty years ago and only came back for one more last week.

He shouldn't, but will he? I wouldn't be surprised. IMO Undertaker and Goldberg are guys who should just show up to beat up some goober and leave. The days of them having actual matches should be over.

Not for a match, no. I don't think it'd be the way to go.
Now, if they want to do some kind of cameo where Undertaker drives off in a hearse after someone is loaded in the back for a Last Ride match, or anything like that? Sure, why not, but I don't really think he'd do anything more than harm his reputation further with additional matches.

I don't think he'll be able to get his walker through the ropes.

Oh, he's coming back for one. He didn't start having good matches until the downhill of his career, so I'm not sure why he's so concerned about that now. If he can walk, no sell and hit a tombstone, he can have all his matches from 1990 to about 2010 again.

My inner fan boys says yes, always, that character is my favourite and I'll always get chills hearing the entrance music.
However, my more sensible outer head says no. Dont risk it. Unless it'll be another pretaped, edited gimmick match akin to the Boneyard match where they can make him look amazing and go all out with gimmicks to have Kane also get retired as a character and they both get sucked in to a hell vortex at the end never to be seen again, then I dont think it's really needed.
But, even saying that, I know on the day, my little inner mark will still smile to hear the gong.

as much as I've enjoyed watching taker wrestle over the years, he should have stopped wrestling three or four years before he retired. the quality of his matches dropped drastically which fed into taker trying to have that one perfect final match.
