“The Grizzlies will play the Golden State Warriors in a second-round series.”

They're holding tough with Basketball, number 4 again, would have been number one without the playoffs too.
They're holding significantly steadier than RAW has been against the same competition, that's really all you can ask for.

They're holding significantly steadier than RAW has been against the same competition, that's really all you can ask for. 1) Yes they are holding up and No. 4 is good. Everyone is going to be hurt by NBA playoffs and this year looks like more than most years (so far). We can expect the trend of all wrestling and other programming being affected by NBA playoffs for weeks go come and this isn’t some terrible decline for AEW. 2) Not exactly true with Raw as it’s apples and oranges: Raw went up against three games this week, one of which was a big one (Celtics vs. Nets, big markets in an elimination game) and two of which started right as Raw did, including one on ABC network TV. Dynamite went up against one game — Bulls vs. Bucks with lower interest especially with depleted rosters (five starters out) and was a blowout from the first quarter on. So I think if AEW had gone up against Monday’s NBA lineup the toll on its ratings would have likely been similar to Raw’s.

It's possible, it's effecting all wrestling though, they're holding up well all things considered but it's in Dynamite's case probably good news that they'd probably be at a million and number one without the NBA. The Summer could be very kind to them

The amount of AEW Trolls on Twitter who say shit like "Discovery's totally gonna cancel them for this, we are witnessing AEW's downfall!" is hilarious, can these people go the f*** outside for once in their lives? Lmfao.

Of course, they need to say something negative to try and feel better and give the bot farms something to like so they can be at the top of the comment sections with the most likes, conveniently.

Need to see the chart to get a better idea, but I mean that makes sense. BCC are gonna need an actual feud soon, they're over like rover but hopefully they get that Best Friends feud going if Orange is healthy by Double or Nothing But Q1 and Q2 always have a dropoff, wouldn't shock me if the Playoffs and the Clinching Warriors/Nuggets get just hurt by the end of things. Maybe people didn't think Scorpio would win the belt back so quickly either.

That decline in Q7 was very ugly.

Scorpio Sky doesn't draw. That's the impression I got.

Most filler match got the lowest number, makes sense. I think everyone a mile away saw that coming even if it had purpose, everyone knew the result. It gained back for the main though, that's a plus, demo also went up a bit for the end of Deeb/Shida and the House of Black segment. The decline was definitely due to the other playoff game starting though, the 10 man was just an easy thing to flip from, should note that they did not have a strong lead in this week though and actually gained to a million in Quarter 2, which is really impressive. The first four-ish quarters of the show were honestly strong as heck and the demo was strong through six quarters. Again that's with real strong competition against them, so that's stuff Discovery is gonna look at too.

Scorpio Sky doesn't draw. That's the impression I got. the Warriors/Nuggets however do since they got 4 Million Viewers and were airing at the exact time the last two quarters of the show were I get some people here have an unquenchable hatred for Scorpio Sky, but come on now, the viewership declined 100K before the 10 Man even happened, this ain't on him lmfao

I know there is many factors but I choose to blame Sky as that fits my narrative I’m planting my flag on Sammy got that go-away heat. It's Warriors/Nuggets getting 4 million viewers and probably more so "People weren't expecting the title to change hands again" but like the main event DID gain viewers back, viewers that declined way before their match happened I don't know why Scorpio and Sammy are being blamed for the Elite 10 Man losing 100K viewers and then the main event is what got them back to almost 800K by the end, demo increase too. And again that's largely on the NBA game anyway

Maybe Iam the only one who doesn’t get this whole blaming basketball for low ratings thing? Like, if wrestling fans wanted to watch wrestling, They would watch wrestling. Regardless what else was on?
