Kofi has held every tag design since 2002 minus the Smackdown set. By the Smackdown set, you mean the WWE Tag title design from 2002-2010, right?

Mark me down for having no recollection of Edge and Jericho being tag champs. Edge got hurt like a week or two into it. Which led to Jericho needing a new partner. This is what led to Jeri-Show.

Steve Austin held the JCP NWA TV Belt that was the WCW TV Title and 1st WCW TV Belt.
Sabu actually held all 3 versions of the ECW World Tag Belts.

Man this thread made me wish Scott Hall won the IC title in 2002. The title didn't mean much at that time, so Hall winning it again would've made him a 5x champion too.

I find it only fitting that "Stone Cold" Steve Austin was the last holder of the Winged Eagle championship... He traded it in the next night for what became the classic Attitude Era one....

And even then he technically had two other versions. First the block logo version of the "Big Eagle" And because he didn't like how that cut him once IIRC (or maybe just to increase merch sales...or just something to hold until they made a Big Eagle with the scratch logo):

Since it was still the NWA title back then, that also means Sting held two different versions of the NWA Championship...in two different gimmick looks:

I believe Chyna was the last IC champion with the block logo when she won it..

Technically, Christian did as well since he held the NWA Belt, TNA "Big Gold" and the current Impact belt.

Sting and Flair both held the WCW Title in its Early 90s design and as the Big Gold Belt. They actually competed against each other in the match where Big Gold switched from being the International Title to the WCW Title.

Best guess, besides making it easier to have a single top title, is that Hogan preferred Big Gold to the WCW '91.

Mark me down for having no recollection of Edge and Jericho being tag champs. They won them at the Bash 09 PPV in Sacramento as an unannounced team in some type of scramble match. The next night they did a Raw taping in San Jose that I attended. They aired one live episode and taped an episode for the next week. On one of those 2 episodes they defeated Primo and Carlito which led to the break up of that team. I believe Edge got hurt at a house show that next weekend. So on TV it lasted 2 weeks but in reality it lasted even less than that.
