Wrestlers Who Won The Same Title But In Diff Designs

Hopefully, I am saying it right but what are wrestlers you can think of that won a title multiple but won it in diff incarnations/designs 

The Rock has held the WWE title in a few designs. Undisputed, Attitude Era, Cena version and the current era title but diff design tho the latter were the same title reign 



The Miz as well with the current WWE title and the Cena spinner belt

Hogan 86 = the "odd shaped" version. Unless by proto Winged Eagle you meant the one that looked like the NWA National and TV titles.

There's also the barely-known one with Hogan's photo on the main plate.

Raven also had the Tri-State repaint version of the ECW tag team titles as well as the 1998+ versions.

Lex Luger had the 1991 WCW world title (before that the sloppily metalshopped PWF world title) and the Big Gold. NWA US title '86 + WCW US '91 too. If that counts. Ditto the NWA world tags (1987) and WCW world tags (1991).

Arn Anderson = NWA TV, both versions of WCW TV. See also: the NWA/WCW tag situation above.

Rock 'n' Roll Express: All-gold version of the 80s NWA tags, the silver ones too. Then the 87 NWA tags.

Bobby Eaton: All gold NWA tag, 1987 NWA tag, WCW tag.

Damn you the only one then but in fairness it came and went by quick

Everyone remembers since it was supposed to be the set up of their dominant run and eventual feud but Edge tore his achilles and we got JeriShow instead

I believe Edge basically got immediately injured, I think between winning them and the next episode of Raw, and Jericho picked Big Show as his new partner.

Hogan's was answered pretty well.
Bruno held one that has a prominent eagle (that in some pictures looks like a Longhorn steer), a repurposed United States, something that has an Iron Cross on it, one that has a tall center plate and a thin column on each side between the main plate and the side plates. There are also some pictures I've found of him where im not entirely sure if they're even WWWF Championships.

Not sure if I'm remembering it right, but The Rock never won the Smoking Skull one, he was given it by the Corporation after he lost the world title to Austin and that's what the Backlash fight was about.
