Random thing as I am slow to see this Why is everyone acting like walking out on your job is this huge, awful thing? Calling people unprofessional etc.? They didn't like something they were asked to do at their workplace, they tried to change it, it didn't change, they left I did the same six months ago at a job I didn't like due to bad management, no one told me I was unprofessional lol I'm making assumptions here but your job was probably a job that has a high turnover rate, or an organization that doesn't value it's workers. If you worked a more competitive job or a job with specialized skills it would be tougher to just walk out of a situation. When you walked out of your job they probably had your replacement with in the week. When you aren't as replaceable is when people start caring if you show up or not. |

Seeing as different types of cereal seem to be the topic of choice. I’m curious for the UK and Ireland based posters of which I know there are a few of us. Warm milk with corn flakes or not ? Was it just those of us in this part of the world that got those multi packs with small boxes of cereal ? We always use to have the mini multipack cereals when we went away on holiday when I was young, to save us taking the big boxes with us 😀 I would never put warm milk on my cereals 😊 personal faves include shreddies & frosties. Yeah the same for us. I had one friend who’s family never got the small boxes but would buy a massive 1KG box of corn flakes. And there was the simple pleasure of mixing different cereals to make one bowl. Shreddies were great in fairness although Frosties can’t have been good for us when they were coating with sugar. |

I’m sick of all the people in this thread riding the fence or speaking on empty platitudes. So many god damn hypocrites on this forum, and none of you have the guts to speak the truth. Pouring milk BEFORE putting the cereal in the bowl is a criminal offense, and a sign of someone who probably cheats on their taxes and/or wears white after Labor Day. No sympathy, whatsoever. sasha and Naomi are cool tho, they probably put the milk into the actual cereal box itself, god damn heroes It was brought up earlier, but it’s really about milk to cereal ratio, but what I don’t see anyone talking about is that’s all dependent upon WHAT KIND of cereal. You throw some milk on Cap’n Crunch or Kix and you better eat fast or you’ve got a soggy mess. Gruel, basically. But some store-brand Frosted Flakes will hold up pretty well if you eat at a normal pace. Don’t even get me started on freaking Rice Krispies.Just no. Bland and tasteless. |

I wonder how many people who side with Sasha have actually had an entrainment centered job.
So much of the entrainment business revolves around showing up on time..
I am a dj/producer and walking out of a performance for anything short of personal safety would be incredibly dangerous

Chicken breast marinated in butter milk with hot sauce thrown in and pickle juice for an hr. Now for the sauce Any kind of mayo , maple syrup , salt an pepper and smoked paprika. Now to make your waffles Home made waffle mix , half cup of sharp white chedder , green onions. Did I mention bacon? because yes there is bacon here and then you build up it how you want after you do all the boring stuff like cooking and breading the chicken etc. You can now eat like a god FAN I expect many a thank you in the coming days Athankyouuuuuuuuuuuuu.  |
