I remember saying in the last thread when Amazon announced their booth that Talib was a shithead and I can't believe someone actually thought giving him a mic is a good idea. This is the 3rd time he's gotten in trouble with a firearm. The only person with worse judgment than him is whoever is dumb enough to hire his ass next. Besides the fact he is not a good commentator anyway Terrible. Announcing gigs are rigged. |

OOF!! that blows that is a big hit to special teams He’s the punter, kickoff specialist, and placekick holder. Not sure how they’ll replace him. I’m betting Sam Ehlinger is asking whether they want a bench QB to be the holder so he can be assured a roster spot. |

Man, it seems every season the Colts get bit early by the injury bug. Kwitty Paye hurt his knee today. No idea how bad, but he missed the rest of practice.

Ripped retired athletes don't have to pass piss tests, have had lots of time to heal/surgery/whatever and/or haven't been hit in years.
I'm not trying to pick apart TO, dude was elite. he could be 100% clean. Just felt like reminding people of the obvious I guess.

Of course TO is probably still on some very good supplements to keep himself in shape
However, that doesn't heal his body per se after all those years of Football hits, so for him to still have that ability approaching 50 is still impressive

Since Sanchez did tear his Achilles, Pat McAfee admitted that his phone has blown up about the possibility that he could fill in as punter since the Colts still hold his rights. Then Chuck Pagano had to ruin the fun by pointing out that Pat wouldn’t be able to pass a test for at least a while since THC lingers in the body so long. |

That's where you get the rumored 4.0x time 40s that DeAngelo Hall, Deion, etc claim. Which is nonsense. And TO ran a 4.6 as a prospect, so it's questionable to say the least. But also, with the strides made in optimizing 40 times as of late, where tons of guys are breaking 4.4 more than ever, maybe it is within the realm of possibility for him to get faster than he was TESTED as a prospect. But I would bet money that he's running a legit 4.7 which is impressive for his age but not exactly headline-worthy. |

Darrell Green was still running 4.2 and some change his last year in the league when he was like 41.
I think that if an elite athlete like TO was actually training his 40 time above all else he could get it down to the 4.4 range. 40+ isn’t as old as it used to be with the advances in training, medicine, etc. and more importantly people are actually taking care of themselves better than ever. Not saying his 100% clean or anything but it’s not really that outrageous either.
