I hope Daley's ok given we haven't seen him since the Trey Lance thing happened
Has anyone checked the local San Fran news to see if any local peeps were seen running down the street in rage causing as much property damage as they could today? Lol

So Micah Parsons is basically Lawrence Taylor at this point.

The Bears are who we thought they were. Additionally I posted this in the weekly thread but thought it could be here too: I know it's late but I have a "cranky old grandpa opinion": Why in the blue hell is it so "cool" to toss the ball away at the goal line and risk pissing it all away? Run out the back of the endzone and punt the damn ball into outer space I don't give a shit. But holy hell don't make it so god damn close to the goal line that they have to review it and possibly reverse a touchdown. By far the dumbest celebration in the NFL. Probably the dumbest celebration move in all the Big 4 sports in America. Or am I missing something? Ok maybe not quite as dumb as that one time the dude blew out his hammy celebrating a garbage time sack. I think that was for the Bears like five or six years ago. EDIT: Ok it was Lamaar Houston and it was an ACL. And it was in 2014? Wow.

I'm a Michigan fan and a Bears fan. He is a very good guy and, unfortunately, is going to terrorize my Bears for the next few years at least. Ugh. LOL

They need OL help, but I think an even bigger priority is playmakers are WR and even tight end. I'm worried Kmet is going to be that guy. The defense is still good, but not AS good. I thought the 4th and goal call when they were about to make it a 1 possession game was awful. I HATE being 4th and a few inches from the goalline and coming out in shotguy to run, essentially, a QB sneak. I think he got in... but at the same time, he probably gets in EASY if he was under center. It's frustrating being a Bears fan.

A surprising start for the Giants. Then again they could turn around and lose every game after, Which knowing them, they probably will.

Probably the dumbest celebration move in all the Big 4 sports in America. Or am I missing something? It's not a "cranky old grandpa opinion," it's a player almost costing his team six points and possession of the ball because it's more important to get your pre-planned celebration in. I almost leaped through the screen when Nelson Agholor flipped the ball out of his hand about a half-yard after crossing the goal line in Sunday's game against the Steelers. Agholor has had a relatively disappointing tenure in New England (and, honestly, a relatively disappointing NFL career), so when he makes an out-of-this-world catch to score the Patriots' first touchdown of the game, he's just got to start celebrating rather than getting into the end zone first. Points have been awfully hard to come by for the Patriots, but Agholor is more focused on getting his touchdown celebration in than clearing the goal line. And that doesn't even begin to compare to what almost happened to the Cardinals last night. At least Agholor's score came in the second quarter of a 3-3 game. Had Byron Murphy fumbled (which he was millimeters away from doing), he would have actually cost his team the game. Instead of a walk-off touchdown, the ball goes back to the Raiders at the 20 and all they need is a field goal to win. I just can't believe after DeSean Jackson and DK Metcalf and Marcus Cooper and Danny Trevathan all made total idiots out of themselves within the past decade-plus that this somehow continues to happen.

Well, Desean Jackson acting like an idiot is akin to a dog barking. It’s what they do.

So Micah Parsons is basically Lawrence Taylor at this point. He was really, really good at Penn State, and it pains me that he's a damn Cowboy now.

A surprising start for the Giants. Then again they could turn around and lose every game after, Which knowing them, they probably will. Pretty decent start for everyone. A few teams who were really bad last year have shown actual improvement into this year. Meaning a lot of games aren't a guaranteed thrashing... or if they are to start, it doesn't mean they will be to finish. The fact one of the teams that's looked really hung over to start is the Bengals says it all

Also, Gabe Davis is out for the Bills V Titans with an Ankle sprain. Hopefully, they can adjust.

Apparently the Browns owner got a water bottle chucked at him as he was leaving the field on Sunday. Looks like it hit him in the leg/hip. Social media is predictably dunking on him and the Browns. lol
Fans definitely shouldn’t be tossing things at anyone, but can’t help but chuckle at some of the jokes about how the fan will be banned from watching Browns games and it’s actually a reward and not a punishment.

Yeah he shouldn't be blaming himself at all for what happened. He did the smart thing in that instance, scoring to put his team up by two TDs. It's not his fault that the defense completely pissed its pants and couldn't recover an onside kick.

You joke but watch Jimmy G bullshit his way to another NFC Championship game. And then lose it in spectacular fashion because he’s a shit ass QB backed by an amazing defense and Deebo doing all the work for him.
