Meltzer said this on the Observer board: There is a much bigger story here. The company outright wanted to bury her here. Something happened after she left clearly. The company did a total 180 on her about two weeks after she left. They never even did that for Barrios & Wilson. What, did she not want a singles title shot instead of defending the tag belts either? I think you mean "championship opportunity".

That Vince biopic/docu series can not be out soon enough. What a weird, horrible, fascinating man.

The turnaround from employing your kids in prominent positions to not only forcing them out but this weird dirtsheet ratf***ing that now both Shane and Steph have been hit with is really ugly. What is happening in that company and what is happening in that family. It may have been something people missed but when he did McAfee's podcast he literally said..I had higher hopes for my children. Vince apparently thinks they suck.

This makes me wanna see Steph, Hunter, and Shane appear for AEW to stick it to Vince. What a shitty thing to do to your kids

Assuming Meltzer's correct than maybe she didn't like the idea of being forced to leave and it led to a row? Meltzer's report says that her leaving was 100% her call, she wasn't pushed out, but once she did leave some people wanted to bury her. His exact quote: This definetly points to Bruce and the rest of the goon troop being the ones wanting to bury her. Those shitbags have to celebrating with so many bad camera cuts that atleast right now they have pretty much accomplished what they wanted which is somehow get Stephanie and HHH completely out of power and securing their jobs atleast while Vince remains running the company.

Well yea, H and Steph don't like Prichard or Dunn, it's really baffling though that they'd somehow win over family.

It's a less than .01% chance, but I would need an oxygen mask from laughing if Hunter and Steph ended up jumping to AEW. Say what you will about either of them, but both have higher end experience in the biggest wrestling company in the world, which is invaluable.

Plus, you can imagine how much AEW would (rightly so) milk having them there. I could only imagine Vince's face if it ever happened.

It would be wild, but there's probably even less than .01% chance, honestly. They'd have divest all of their shares in WWE and if they're technically no longer in the company I'm sure they agreed to some sort of non-compete. Would be funny to see WWE try and uphold a non-compete in court, but I'm sure there's some sort of legalese in executive contracts to prevent them jumping ship.

Oh, I don't believe for one serious moment that it'd happen but it would be crazy to see, kinda wish I could go to an alternate Universe for a couple of months just to see it happen ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) . I wouldn't want to see HHH compete again anytime soon anyway especially due to the heart issues he's got.

I didn't listen to it but holy f***. “No, I don’t think about it a lot, hopefully, if you, if you built something, you want it to continue on, you know, and prosper and grow. Whether that’s with a family member or without a family member. Because my view, this business is, is best for everybody, whether you’re a part of it or you’re not a part of it, and you have to treat it as such."
“You have to be objective, you know, and look at family members or whoever it is just as you would other employees," McMahon continued. "And quite frankly, I’ve probably expected more, you know out of my family members, which is probably not the right thing to say. But nonetheless, it’s like, you have to do the right thing for the business. So if this person is not working out, then they shouldn’t be a part of the company.”That's the quote, so he doesnt quite frame it as him being disappointed with them, as much as he just expects more of them because they are family.

Unless Vince sells the company which I still don't believe will happen, the company is going to end up in their hands. Dunn, Prichard, even Nick Khan they can be incredibly powerful right now but when the day comes Steph, HHH and Shane if he wants to be involved will have the power and the majority shareholding vote to get rid of all of them if they want.

This makes me wanna see Steph, Hunter, and Shane appear for AEW to stick it to Vince. What a shitty thing to do to your kids In all honesty, I don't want to start the rampant speculation or anything, but if we're talking hypotheticals... Stephanie (and/or Shane) appearing on AEW television and "signing MJF to a contract," then trying to manage him to win the AEW Title and "take over" the company is the best possible direction that storyline could go. Like, that's a potential gamechanger in my eyes.

I still have thoughts about the weird contradictions and overlapping problems with how that view has played out but yeah that is a way less insane statement to make.

I'm sure she'll be all right financially
The idea of Vince in full on "Mr McMahon" mode snarling to one of his lackeys
"I want that bitch gone yesterday! Sheee's Fiarrrrred!"
makes me laugh way too hard
