Why not just do the Lashley match that you teased last PPV? They probably expect Lesnar to move more tickets.

They know that they can at least elevate someone else and see how they do in a prominent feud right? You would think so because that is the logical thing to do. But this company is so f***ing ass numbingly stuck in one gear and are damn nere so f***ing terrified to do anything outside of their norm but probably still wonder why so many names that could have carried this company for the next decade have walked away and right into the rival company.

It's been 7 years, they can do the Cena/Batista duct tape finish, and have Brock yell "Duct tape! Stoop that Low?!" at Roman afterwards.

Still got Riddle, AJ, Lashley, and Drew.
So still no excuse.

Seems rather ineffective to keep paying millions of dollars for this enhancement talent version of Lesnar.
I mean, that’s what he is if they keep bringing him in just to lose to Reigns.

Gee, I wonder if Brock will get made to look like an ineffectual idiot for the 600th time in this feud.

who wants to see Brock vs. Roman 657?
no match has been more exhausted than this one has... John Cena vs. Randy Orton is fresher than it since at least that hasn't happened since like 2013?
Hell Ziggler vs. Kofi feels fresher and they were in a race to see who could win best of 1000 at one point...

Farmer Bork is - along with Patty Mac - the best thing in WWE.
So that segment having both worked for me, a lapsed WWE viewer who only keeps up with the company on the fringes via clips.
…just my 2 Pennies.

About the only thing Brock vs. Roman has going for it is that they only wrestle at the big shows (not Paul Wight), so you don't see them having six matches in two months. That's about it though. They've had around six or so big main event matches, and the only one that was any good was the first one, and that's mainly because Brock's Suplex Spam style was still fresh at the time, so it was novel to see anyone withstand it.

So where are Brock and Roman now in the rankings of Eternal Feuds? How do they compare to Cena/Orton, Dolph/Kofi, and Sheamus/Del Rio?

You want to bring Brock back. I have no issue with that.
But give him something else to do than go after Roman again. We all know how this will end anyway.

Weird outlier in terms of the matches being spaced out, but over a longer period of time, as opposed to a lot of matches condensed into a shorter timeframe. Also, they never get any spot but the main event at A-level shows, so while there's nowhere near as many Brock vs. Roman matches as the others, every single one of their matches has months of build and high importance, so they stick out like a sore thumb. Especially as I noted a few posts earlier, they just aren't good enough against each other to be given such melodramatic build.
