The extended version of the Crow sequel that apparently was on some PPV circuits in the 90s but I can't find anywhere.
It's apparently a lot better when it's not a terrible clone of the original.

I missed out when the Director's Cut of "Halloween 6" came out and it doesn't seem to be available anywhere anymore.

The TV edit of Naked Gun 33 1/3.
As I remember it, there’s not one or two new scenes, there’s several. Enough that it’s like a whole new movie.

It's better than the theatrical one. Yeah, that one, the one that tried to explain everything. It was only in the complete set and I figured it would be out by itself too. I was wrong.

Now that I was sent down a rabbit hole.....Tom Segura's filmed Subway commercials with Jared, which are "so much worse than you think"

I really wanted to watch some late 90s Svengoolie episodes (particular "American Gothic" with the WWF Shotgun Saturday Night joke during a shotgun scene), but I don't think much of that is circulating. It's probably a rights nightmare on top of being such an eclectic interest that I can't see much commercial value in it either, sadly. As far as games go, the list is endless. The white city version of Mega Man X, the earliest known beta of Sonic 1 with the sign, etc. They exist merely in pictures for now...possibly forever if they weren't taken care of. Thankfully, we've gotten several leaks of various games over the last several years. Nintendo's the hardest nut to crack with this at times, there's so much we haven't seen, like the Wii version of Pikmin 3 and STILL nothing on Metroid Prime 4, whatever the original scrapped version of that looks like. Also, the various builds of Dread on other platforms before it got fully made for Switch. This video has some footage of the Sonic 1 beta you're talking about (I think?). (Language Warning).

Colonel Bleep was the first animated television series produced in color. Unfortunately, the majority of the episodes were lost when the van transporting the original films was stolen.

And now, from the wonderful world of closing logos...
The MTM logo that supposedly ran at the end of Texas Wheelers (short-lived Mark Hamill series) where the cat loses a gunfight and gets shot down. This is mentioned in an old newspaper article from 1985. Yet I think someone posted the last aired episode and it has the standard credits. Then again, St. Elsewhere and all...
An animated version of the MGM Television logo that supposedly only aired with the Pogo birthday special. Features the circled lion logo (think: the MGM Grand sign)
Columbia Pictures Television's "sunburst" half circle with the Coca-Cola byline...a LEGIT copy. If it existed at all, as this may have just been a Mandela Effect between that and the next logo.

The Flash Gordon scene from A Christmas Story. Seems so out of place of a scene but that’s why I desperately want to see it.

Well I just learned that something I planned on including was just found (the unedited version of the "Busted" episode of Fat Albert...and just in time for Mistress Karma to once again catch up with Mr. Cosby!)
A few more...
The actual Popeye and Friends intro from WNEW-TV 5 in New York which supposedly used a sped-up version of Paul McCartney's "Hot As Sun". There is a recreation up on YouTube but that's it.
"Read to Succeed" promo on WWOR 9, late '80s. My sister was in one of these and they did a take-off of "My Country Tis of Thee" for their entry.
Going back to game shows for a bit...the Password Plus episode where "Sicilian" was later blanked out for being a clue to the puzzle "Mafia." Was it ever seen unedited?
And speaking of PW+, the last four weeks of Allen Ludden hosting...the *NBC* version. As apparently an announcement was tacked onto these explaining how he had fallen ill again. These are not heard when GSN or Buzzr (presumably) would rerun them.
Elements from our Spanish channels and programming seen there...
- There was a dub of the Hawaiian Punch commercial that aired in the 90s ("P-p-punch! How about it?") I have not seen since it was originally airing, for instance. - Also, a Santa Claus 976 hotline ad I used to be obsessed with due to the jingle. Led me to remember the number itself even now....976-1414. - The Spanish dubs of C.O.P.S. and the Super Mario Bros. Super Show that were used for Univision's Platavision block (played off of Pepe Plata, a live action Spanish show by DiC). There's Spanish versions out there but seem to be different from the ones I remembered seeing. - The sign-off from WNJU (Channel 47). As in, what they ran just before switching to non-Spanish programming on weekends. Basically a rundown of next day's schedule. I'd love to see it again as I can still remember the music they played. This was late '80s. - Likewise, the WXTV (41) sign-on from the same time period. Including test pattern, which had some nice guitar music. Then the bilingual welcome set against a computer drawing of the NYC skyline. - Follow Me. This was a BBC show meant for teaching English grammar. Only the original versions can be seen on YouTube. I can't find the edits used on WXTV, which have a Spanish woman at a desk explaining the lessons. - Sabado Gigante segment my friend used to swear he saw, in which they played some kind of game where they used music from the Halloween score. - Seems there's not a lot of El Tesoro Del Saber nor the original form of Lente Loco online.

The Flash Gordon scene from A Christmas Story. Seems so out of place of a scene but that’s why I desperately want to see it. I had a book on ACS...read it a long time ago. As such, I want to say it was filmed, cut out of the movie, then lost.

Jake DDTs Hogan on the Snake Pit. It was reportedly only aired in the Providence area, so hopefully someone from that area taped Wrestling Challenge that Saturday. My inappropriate wrestling request...the match where Andre is, ahem, not feeling well, and, ahem, takes it out (LETS it out?) on Bad News Brown.

There was apparently a Santa Claus hotline commercial where Santa encouraged kids to hold the phone up to the tv, which would then play the dial tone for the number, therefore causing the parents to be charged for the number. All I can find on it is a Reddit thread which links to a LA Times article: www.reddit.com/r/todayilearned/comments/9z6bt4/til_during_a_1989_christmas_television_broadcast/Speaking of lost commercials, there was apparently a contest held by Nickelodeon where the winner would go to the London Premiere of Batman Returns, which was scrapped after the parental complaints about the film, but I cant find any evidence of said contest. EDIT: Has the Soupy Sales bit where he encourages kids to go into their parents wallet and send him "those green pieces of paper" ever been uploaded? Sure I've heard about it, but never seen the actual scene.

The Sales thing...was that real or an urban legend? Or am I thinking of the "Every time I see F, you see K?" story?
Anyway some serious wrestling ones...
Not sure if it turned up but it's so bizarre I want to see it again: WCW: Davey Boy vs. Vinnie Vegas match taped in England. Seen on WCWSN I think...notable because it MAY be after Nash left to become Diesel, and more importantly, Bischoff is announcing and speaking in a British accent.
Ricky Steamboat being loaned out to WCCW in 1986 for their Cotton Bowl (?) show. Not that it would be a classic, as it was against Mighty Zulu (Ron Pope) but might be interesting to see if he could Hart/Magee him.
The parts of the Kerry Memorial show at the Sportatorium that didn't make GWF's TV. In particular, I think they never aired the Kevin/Adams vs. Hayes/Roberts main event, oddly enough. Sid Vicious had a match too, he teamed with a "Johnny Rotten" (get it? And was this Mike Durham/Johnny Grunge?) against Booker T. and Stevie Ray.
And speaking of Global, I don't think they aired when Eddie Gilbert won the North American title from the Dark Patriot. I was also tempted to name the Rod Price hair weave incident, but I remember it being aired (except in an edited form? I didn't get Sportschannel so I only got the audio...)
The non-PPV King of the Ring tournaments. Particularly the one where Harley wins.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Rocky Mountain Thunder. ;-)
Wasn't there some house show where Ax had to stand in for Crush or something against LOD, meaning there WAS a match between the original Demolition and the Road Warriors?
If someone had taped the Freebirds vs. Midnights/Doc match, you know, the one that led to the incident that even got Bobby Eaton mad?
I want to see the Fan Death Match/60 min draw between Tully and Shane in ECW, just for the perverse desire to see how bad it was and to see the fan reactions during it. (The "BINGO" chant for instance)
Did the tag team AAA match from the ECW fire show ever turn up unedited?
I think we need the full version of the second Three Way Dance from the show before too.
(The two October '95 Arena shows were not put on ECW Home Video, so there's a lot that only seems to exist as TV edits. It's understandable with the latter of those two, as that was when Terry Funk was burned and ended up also burning some fans running through the crowd)

How about The Young Astronauts series that was pulled after the Challenger, before it aired?
Whatever's still not found from Little Muppet Monsters.
Wolf Rock TV (no it wasn't a good show, but just cause there's like nothing out there from this series)
Has the original "No Stairway" scene from Wayne's World been found?
