If Jay White is officially leaving New Japan in a few weeks, his company decision just got a f***ton easier to choose... If this was a moral decision and not a business decision then maybe. AJ and Finn have done just fine financially, I’d suspect. AEW‘s got Juice Robinson on Dark Elevation mingling with Dark Order, so things aren’t perfect there either. This feels like a NOAH/AJPW moment just waiting to happen, though I'm struggling to think of what wrestlers would stay Vince loyalists if Trips just threw up his hands and headed off with Steph to form a new company.

Many are commenting a sale is imminent, but Vince came back like, last Friday.
Was the deal negotiated THAT fast? Because otherwise it sounds like pretty much everything must have been in place, so what was Vince needed for?

If they chose to announce it at like 8AM Saudi/12AM ET/9PM PT, that’s not entirely out of the realm of possibility. Maybe it’s just HHH gone. Either way, wild times. |

My guess is Vince is taking control of creative again effective immediately. I doubt it's a sale already.
