When I said "People never talk golf" I wasn't ready for half the thread to be like "Actually I know lots about golf and it's a big problem" but damn there we have it I guess, thanks for all the explain, guys.

I doubt the likes of Dunn or Prichard actually get booted out that fast. Triple H has come in as even a 'safe' replacement for the guy implicated in the scandal alongside the boss, but outside of filing spaces as people move up, there aren't going to be any huge shakes for right now. THis is exactly the kind of period where you want stability to keep investors from getting gunshy, to keep your partners feeling like things will still continue day to day as normal, and it's only once that feeling of safety is there that anything major changes. For stability's sake, you'll want to keep a guy like Prichard on, you'll want to keep your head of TV production. The firings and the severance packages are going to come a few months down the line. More immediately, we'll see wrestlers drop from TV in the coming weeks pretty fast, but for the time being, any sudden motions will only hurt the company more during this transition. Yeah, Steph and Hunter really dislike Dunn... but they aren't going to do anything major to spook the shareholders right off the bat. There might be rumors of people moving into position behind Dunn or something... but I don't think he'll be out on his ass immediately. Yeah, I think you are going to get the pat on the shoulder like we not firing you but we going put you in a position you hate and therefore make you want to quit. You will probably see a few "undesirables" decide to bow out so they don't go through that

People Who would be back in wwe’s good graces with Vince out of the way? Maria Gail Kim Martha hart Christy Hemme Mickie James Dean Ambrose Cm punk? Punk seemed to have issues with Hunter. Mox has said his big hang to ever go back was Vince, so yeah. From what I understand Hunter has issues with Punk as well. And honestly, Hunter always struck me as more likely to hold onto a grudge then Vince was. I'm not seeing them making up any time soon even with Vince out of the picture.

That's certainly one thing you could give Vince - if he thought there was money to be made, he'd find a way to get over almost anything.

Plus Punk is happy in AEW If anything, HHH would need his middle man to work that out like how Vince needed him for people he had problems with

Which is why Hepner’s never came back.

On the subject of "What will Michael Cole sound like without Vince in his ear?" I haven't watched WWE in years, but if I had to hazard a guess, he's either just brainwashed from the constant beratement or he is just utterly relieved that he won't have to listen to that anymore.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, there has been a “pretty positive reaction” backstage at Smackdown in Boston, MA to the news of McMahon’s retirement. Johnson wrote the following…
“While there is some surprise given it was Vince and the belief he would always be around in some form, the idea that there would be a new ‘energy’ for WWE creative has a lot of talents excited to see what comes next. The belief among the younger talents that a younger vision creatively will help the company connect better with the overall audience.”
Johnson also noted that McMahon was not present backstage for Smackdown and will not be part of the creative process moving forward.

Relief most likely You can see Cole has been fed up for years with that and now he really is the go to guy for announcers and could probably move to the back more sooner than later If Corey wasn't such a dick, this is def where Mauro would been taking over as the announcer of WWE

Which they should be happy If you watched HHH led NXT, it wasn't perfect but he had a moving product and more importantly he had soldiers that were loyal to him and would give them their full effort. He wasn't the best colleague as a performer but as a boss he has the rooms respect and you're going to see a new lease on life for a good amount of people

Regal gave him whole hearted thanks, Renee threw thanks to him in a video. No hashtags on the tweets, but a handful of the stars are thanking him.

Not sure if I would use "star" to describe them, but I've seen it from Blue Meanie and Zakk Ryder. I've noticed a few newZ sites doing it as well. I avoid anything related to him like the plague, but it wouldn't surprise me if Ryan Satin hasn't posted 900 tributes.
