Sammy Guevara's someone who'll probably have future successes but I have some serious reservations about wanting him to. A year ago the guy seemed pretty amazing but his TNT title runs badly exposed him as a performer and even now that he's back as a heel and back as Jericho's goon it hasn't helped and the guy really just comes off as complete amateur hour. I really can't name a damn thing he's done in the past year I'd say was particularly worth watching but can name many things I wish I'd have not seen.

Dark Order.
They were/are my favorite group. Back in 2020 when the world shut down, they along with BTE as a whole, kept me going.
I thought last year with the whole Hangman storyline, they would have been used somewhat better, but alas it wasn't meant to be.

Yeah Hangman becoming the quasi-new leader could have lead somewhere... but instead it was basically ignored after Hangman won the title.

I said they should have made the Trios Titles last year and Dark Order be the first Champs. Stu may have stayed with the company if they had. When he left, Dark Order was finished
Instead, it's just looking like they exist for an ego trip for Kenny and them the same way the Owen was for Cole

Shida. A highly forgettable year long reign and is barely featured on TV, wasting away on Dark.

Anyone in the women's division not named Britt Baker I'm so glad WWE's improving in that regard once again. Maybe that'll eventually push Tony to start caring more about the division if some of the non-Baker women get frustrated with him.

I think the whole pillar thing was overstated by MJF to begin with. And it didn't really help anyone he named either. Honestly genius on MJF's part to tie himself to three guys he was obviously better than

Now that Vince is gone, Orange Cassidy would be so much better off in WWE.
So would Danhausen at this rate.

OC still gets featured in feuds and Tony even spent good money to get his old theme. May never be world champ but I could see a TNT or All Atlantic title reign in him eventually. Maybe even a trios run sometime.

Rey Fenix and Penta both seemed like future world champions to me.
That may still happen, but the window is closing.

Now that Vince is gone, Orange Cassidy would be so much better off in WWE. So would Danhausen at this rate. I understand why this is starting to be the narrative, and I do expect WWE to be rejuvenated in the absence of Vince, but I don't agree that WWE is greener pastures for everyone who is marginally underutilized in AEW, personally. Orange Cassidy was such a relative unknown at the beginning of AEW that he was a single comedy spot on the pre-show battle royal of the first show, and they've built him into one of the most beloved and over upper midcarders on the entire roster. Orange Cassidy is as popular and beloved as he is because of AEW. He hasn't won any championships, but he's heavily featured on TV and PPVs, has had amazing matches against everyone ranging from Will Ospreay to Chris Jericho, and is still one of the most over guys on the roster. Even without Vince, I just can't imagine a 5'8, 160 lb, 38-year-old with an especially esoteric gimmick doing any better than that in WWE. He's actually someone I think AEW has used extremely well, and I hope he's an AEW lifer.

Now that Vince is gone, Orange Cassidy would be so much better off in WWE. ... what? Cassidy has won major feuds against Adam Cole and Chris Jericho, just had an absolute banger against Will Ospreay on PPV, sells a ton of merch, and is consistently one of the most over wrestlers in AEW. Just because he isn't a champion doesn't mean he's being misused.

I genuinely believe how would be a champion in WWE Midcard titles haven't meant a thing in WWE for years, and even with HHH at the helm, there's zero chance they push a dude who looks like Cassidy at a main event level.
