... what? Cassidy has won major feuds against Adam Cole and Chris Jericho, just had an absolute banger against Will Ospreay on PPV, sells a ton of merch, and is consistently one of the most over wrestlers in AEW. Just because he isn't a champion doesn't mean he's being misused. I genuinely believe how would be a champion in WWE Maybe the 24/7 Champion. Otherwise this just comes off as extremely wishful thinking.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think Dark Order are as screwed as most. They still regularly get tv time (which is more than you can say for some stables) and Anna Jay just joined JAS, which could be a big push. There's a ceiling for most of them though, yes.
Private Party and Sonny Kiss may be better off considering other companies, which is a damn shame.

I know she took getting fired from WWE very hard (a perfectly legit reaction, of course) but unless Tony does something with her fast, I could see the lure of Liv’s success in the last year and the ascension of Papa H bringing her back to WWE when her AEW contract’s up.

Yeah, OC in WWE gets a Ricochet-type run at the absolute best, and is Akira Tozawa at worst. Either way, it's nothing compared to how he's treated/presented in AEW. Ethan Page, Angelico, Santana/Ortiz, and even Brian Cage are all guys who I think wouldn't be making the worst move ever seeing how they could fit into the "new" WWE. But, to me, OC is used well in AEW and should be a lifer.

They have become cannon fodder ever since the disastrous 10 man last year

Unfortunately, I don't know where Sonny could go except back to the indies. I haven't seen anything from Triple H or HBK in NXT that suggests they'd treat a trans or nonbinary wrestler any better than Vince would have (as in, poorly). Not sure if Impact would take that chance on her either, though maybe they'd be more willing.
While the use of Nyla Rose hasn't been perfect and Sonny Kiss has been awful, AEW is still the only national promotion I can think of that has trans and nonbinary wrestlers even on their roster who present as such.

Cassidy is probably one of the most protected guys in AEW. He's treated like a star, is incredibly over, sells a crazy amount of merch, has won big feuds and had plenty of big matches. I mean shit, they licensed 2 songs for him. No way he does better in wwe.
As for Danhausen? I think he's perfect in his role as comedy guy who always gets big pops.

Anyone in the women's division not named Britt Baker I'm so glad WWE's improving in that regard once again. Maybe that'll eventually push Tony to start caring more about the division if some of the non-Baker women get frustrated with him. Ever since that Owen tournament loss to Ruby, Tony didn't take the hint with the crowd's reaction to Statlander losing. And not much has changed, with Athena looking more like the one to dethrone Jade. So yeah, Stat could be one that can easily defects.

She signed for 5 years. Also she had more televised matches this last year than her last 2 years in WWE combined

Maybe some tag teams. There's too much deep in that division, and the younger ones are forgotten constantly.
The trios titles could help a little with that

If HHH doesnt pressure him then unfortunately nothing will imo

Now that Vince is gone, Orange Cassidy would be so much better off in WWE. ... I think the idea here is there's a frustration about someone in precisely this position hitting what looks to be an obvious ceiling. It didn't feel weird for Cole to lose to Cassidy and then to immediately be in the title picture while Cassidy wasn't, because they might as well be printing words on the screen that say "We think Cole is higher up than Cassidy on the totem pole and that match doesn't actually mean anything." Of course, I don't disagree he'd be better off in AEW than WWE. He just might need to change the gimmick somehow.

Ruby is not quite there yet but she's very close. They gave her an awesome debut, but 90% her entire tenure since just reeks of nobody knowing what to do with her

Shida. A highly forgettable year long reign and is barely featured on TV, wasting away on Dark. Looking at it, Khan clearly resented having to put it on her and got her off tv as soon as he could. God forbid she is talented and over with the crowds Khan resented her? That’s a reach.

This week has me extremely worried about the women’s division.
Nobody is stepping up. And because the booking isn’t going to do a damn thing for them, somebody has to.

Not that I saw the report confirmed anywhere online, but I did notice that when Baker interrupted Shida on the final Dynamite before DoN 2021, Shida never got a response in. There also wasn't a post title-loss backstage interview from Shida last year after Baker won, then Shida just spent most of her time on Dark and Elevation despite making a major change to her look and presentation, which could have been promoted as a bigger deal than it was.
