Wonder if they’ll let him use Broken Dreams for his entrance at the Clash.

Let's have another one at the Castle! They can create a new star here with this chance.

I just wish it has a better name.
I'd take Summerslam Backlash at this point

I just wish it has a better name. I'd take Summerslam Backlash at this point I dunno, it's got some personality to it, they tried to make it relevant to the place it's at and give it some kind of special theme, I think it kinda works - especially with Drew's sword gimmick. It beats something generic that could be held anywhere.

I think with Kross being here most likely this is either going to end with: A) Drew McIntyre is just about to beat Roman, lights go out Kross chokes him out and leaves him unconscious for Roman to pin and retain the title. B) Drew McIntyre does beat Roman, lights go out Kross shows up chokes out Drew. Theory comes out and cashes in Money in the Bank Theory wins the title. or C) the same as B but without the Cash in. Nah, I say Cross helps Roman retain by DQ or some such, Drew goes mad after and destroys Roman and Cross, maybe someone comes out to help Drew do that - Sami turning face due to being humiliated by Bloodline maybe? Theory comes out and pins Roman, wins titles - Drew challenges him there and then, Theory plans to say no and run away, HHHunter comes out for a UK Pop and makes the match. Drew beats Theory, Drew walks out with both titles. Crowd goes home super happy. On Raw on Monday, Heyman points out that the contracts is only for one title - Drew must decide which to keep, keeps WWE. Roman gets the Universal title back and the reign is recognised as unbroken. Theory loses the case, but can continue his push in the midcard at a less 'Vincified' pace. Cross can do whatever, possibly continuing to work with Drew for a bit, or maybe moving over to a feud with whoever helped Drew beat down him and Roman if someone did come out. We also get two champs again, keeping the networks happy and meaning we dont miss a title match when Roman needs down time. Drew holds the title through Rumble, losing to Seth, who is then challenged by Rumble winner, the returning Cody. Roman gets to take the Universal title in to the match with Rock, who probably beats him and then either gives the title up and we get a tourney or loses it pretty sharply to someone else. Roman takes some time off after 'Mania to return as a face a months later. -------------------------------------------- Alternatively, Cross is added to the match so he can eat a pin and Roman can be unbeaten but a title at least can still change hands.

I definitely think the titles need to be split and it could happen here. I don't think they can go much longer with one show not having a world champion so I do think they'll separate them again soon, especially if the rumors are true that there's a draft coming next month. It would be the perfect time to do it.
I'm not sure what the storyline reason would be to do it. However they choose to do it though I think it will end up with Drew winning the WWE title and being drafted to Raw while Roman keeps the Universal title and his 2+ year reign with that one continues.
The WWE title going from Roman to Drew to Seth to Cody like Legion said makes a lot of sense. Raw gets a champion back. Drew gets the iconic UK PPV win and an actual title reign in front of fans. Seth gets a run which he deserves after how great he's been over the past 18 months. Cody gets his big Rumble return, win and revenge over Seth to win the title at Wrestlemania. It might not matter to some, but I do think Cody has to win the WWE title, not the Universal. His first promo back he went over the history of his dad almost winning the title but missing out because of a count-out finish. It has to be that same title Cody wins.

Drews promo lastnight IMO should completely sell him on being the one to beat Roman for the titles now if there was still any lingering doubts.

I've seen some speculation that the six woman tag match should be for all of the gold (assuming Control win the tag titles in two weeks). I mean it would be a good way to get the title onto Bayley without actually pinning Bianca (they can have Asuka or Alexa eat the pin instead), but we are kinda at the point with Bianca where there she needs to face an actual setback sooner rather than later, since no one actually benefits from feuding with her right now. Also might be worth talking about her match layout in general since it's not a good look when she's dominating 90%+ of the match against someone you want to portray as a big deal (Iyo Sky). She's falling into the same trap that they had with John Cena and Roman Reigns.

I think Clash at the Castle is one of the better PLE names they've come up with lately.

I can see why you would think that if Vince was still booking. TBH, it's really simple, Drew walks out the champ, I think Triple H knows this also I think he knows that people want the championship of Roman. I think WWE want an annual stadium show in the UK and to do that you can't annoy the fans who would purchase the tickets. You could do a Theory cash in but Drew thwarts it, make Drew look even stronger. Theory failing the cash-in is probably the best if they wanted to rebuild his character.

So after Ticketmaster charged a fortune when tickets first went on sale they have dropped the prices significantly. Some fans have been lucky to get their original tickets refunded and then buying new tickets in the same area of the stadium for much less. Absolutely shameful that this has happened during a cost of living crisis.

Absolutely shameful that this has happened during a cost of living crisis. A lot of Ticketmaster events use dynamic “Platinum ticket” pricing, where the price of the seat varies over time based on demand.

I'm so glad the IC title is back on a premium event at THIS show too.
First time since Wrestlemania 37 the title is defended.

Sheamus vs. GUNTHER is gonna slap hard. I get wanting Zayn to win because the crowd was so goddamn hot for him in his home city, but it would’ve been too hard to throw aside a deadset meat bumper match that we’ve been wanting for a while now, on a PPV in Europe, for a belt that Sheamus has been gunning for to complete the Grand Slam, for that reason.
