Just good stuff last night. I was watching it and couldn’t figure things out, like maybe I missed something earlier in the night. Then at the end it all makes sense. Keep people wondering and then a payoff at the end. Well done

Going through all of the GIFs I've made over the last couple years When that happened live, I looked down for a second and just assumed that Thomas Dipshit got lost backstage. That's how good the execution was.

Going through all of the GIFs I've made over the last couple years Theory has mysteriously disappeared from TV just as Lumis re-emerges. He must be on vacation again, watching cartoons and eating his fruit loops.

So from what I got:
During the KO interview segment backstage there’s a crashed car that Nikki & Doudrop and standing next to
Alexa/Asuka backstage interview interrupted by Control. Police/Security run past them as the segment finishes up.
AJ beats Miz and Dexter is shown at Ringside in a poor camera angle where you barely see it’s him.
Did I miss anything? I’m happy Dexter is back though always liked the character.

Well in NXT, he was a serial killer babyface (no you did not read that wrong) who doesn't talk at all a serial killer babyface -- I love wrestling He's pretty much a slasher killer, he's like Jason only a little bit nicer.

I assume so. After he was fired she was looking forlornly at her ring finger like he died or something. Imagine there’s a whole The Way storyline already penned if HHH able to secure Gargano. Did they explain the reason for him being gone? Did he just go back to his home in Recluse, Wyoming (which is an awesome hometown name given the character)? Or are we supposed to assume he just decided to go on a killing spree and didn't have time for wrestling any more? He's since changed his hometown on Twitter to Skinwalker Ranch, which... is certainly tempting fate. Easiest way to describe him is a silent, romantic, artistic serial killer. Dude has his character down pretty well and does just fine in the ring too. And he's been doing this same gimmick for 10 years since he was Sam Shaw but he put on 40lbs more muscle and got the character down to the basic essentials Still one of the dumbest things TNA did was take his suave character that debuted and make it a big mamas boy He was just a skinny dude with shitty tattoos and credit to him for morphing the character and making it his own It also probably helps he blacked out those shitty tattoos. Cover-ups would be one thing but all black everything just looks like he's got an inhuman pain tolerance. I honestly think of him as fine, but obviously, the character stuff is his bread and butter. Oh yeah, of course. I don't think he should be wrestling 15 minute matches or anything. He'd be fine in 15 minute matches, just don't expect any PWG-style spotfests. I'm not even a little surprised he didn't go to AEW, he's tailor made for WWE and not AEW (and that's perfectly okay). Can't believe I'm this invested in a conspiracy perpetrated by this guy I'm still trying to reconcile him there, how he is now and how I first heard of him (feuding with Gregory Iron and being the heel jumping a disabled wrestler).

I'm on my phone, someone link the YouTube for new folk. Dexter incorporated his gimmick into his wrestling style like no-one I've seen.
Triple threat contendership match, Tim Thatcher had Gargano in a submission when suddenly Lumis snuck into the back of the camera shot like Michael Myers and grabbed Thatcher and choked him out midmove for the win. And even the ref acted shit scared. It was proper great.

This is still one of the funniest segments of all time to me:
I hope we get a repeat of this with AJ and Lumis.

The amount of talent coming back really shows just how much Vince lost it at the end, it's been said already but there is so much you can do with this, and Dexter
I honestly want to see The Way reform, I want to see Austin Theory back in the group where he actually worked as a character and they played to his strengths... but regardless, Lumis is something you can do anything with, serious, funny, both? He's committed to his role and he nails it, he should have been a no brainer, then again, a lot of people were...

Lumis is the kind of guy I want to see succeed, even though I'm not his biggest fan. He isn't a great wrestler, for sure not a great promo, but he's dedicated, tries to make it work for him. Sure that's true for many to most wrestlers, but Lumis really feels like he's grinding while not having dreams of grandeur, hence why he kept improving on NXT in the first place.
