This is still one of the funniest segments of all time to me: I hope we get a repeat of this with AJ and Lumis.

Oh yeah, of course. I don't think he should be wrestling 15 minute matches or anything. He'd be fine in 15 minute matches, just don't expect any PWG-style spotfests. I'm not even a little surprised he didn't go to AEW, he's tailor made for WWE and not AEW (and that's perfectly okay). His NXT debut against Bronson Reed in the first breakout tournament, he went for a few over the top rope moves, and landed on his feet every time. Really impressive, but a really good way to end up with a much shorter career, and dodgy ankles for life.

He did it in that Balor and Thatcher three way that was posted in this thread and I believe he did suffer a injury as a result and ended up missing some time.

Yeah, he disappeared for nine months after that Reed match, I assumed injury, but Cagematch reckons he was working the house show loop.

It amazes me that this is the same guy who had that godawful feud with Mr. Anderson in TNA. You know, the one with, "WHAT ARE YOU DOIN' IN MY BEDROOM!?"
Who knew the secret to turning that gimmick from cringe to actually good was never letting him talk ever?

I was referring to the three way with Balor and Thatcher and looking it up he did get an ankle injury in that match and was out for a few months. Don't know if it was landing on his feet flipping over the top rope to the floor but it wouldn't surprise me especially considering he hasn't done that spot since.

And he’s not a chatty cat.

We all thought Theory would eventually cash-in as a cowardly heel (and possibly lose) but what if The Way gets back together and he ends up as the goofy face from the end of his NXT run. I can see that getting over on the main roster. I still don't see him winning the Title with the case. It would be hilarious if The Way comes back... and Gargano somehow cons the case out Theory.
