NXT Europe will make about as much money as the XFL and the WBF.

Serves the UK wrestling scene for selling out to Hunter in the first place. Make sure they don't drown their sorrows in bars and restaurants within a few miles of any secondary schools. It honestly may have saved them because a lot of indy company mainstays in the UK were part of Speaking Out and the indy scene wouldve gotten wrecked.

The best sign that a newly launched European brand will do well is when the company releases almost all of its locally stationed European talent.

You can afford it.

Need Charlie Dempsey to debut at Worlds Collide attacking both Tyler Bate & Bron Breakker From what I’ve heard, they’re pretty big on Charlie Dempsey. I don’t really see it, to be honest. To me, it’s like what people were saying about Zack Sabre Jr when he did the cruiserweight tournament.

NXT Europe will make about as much money as the XFL and the WBF. It's kinda charming that as soon as HHH got the keys to the kingdom, he was like, "alright, time for my own million dollar boondoggle!" A chip off the ol' block.

For those who are fussed, here's who remains:
Charlie Dempsey Ilja Dragunov (injured) Joe Coffey Joseph Connors (hasn't been on TV all year, so he might've been released ages ago already and him being listed on the WWE.com roster is an oversight) Mark Coffey Noam Dar Oliver Carter Rampage Brown (injured) Tyler Bate Wolfgang
Aleah James Aoife Valkyrie (injured) Blair Davenport Isla Dawn Jinny (injured?) Meiko Satomura Stevie Turner

Meiko Satomura Stevie Turner Did they release Dave Mastiff? I don't remember his name popping up in any previous post. Also, does anybody want to sell me on Gallus? Last time I saw them like two years ago they were just a bland, generic group of beardy dudes that I assumed NXT UK was only holding on to for the Scottish crowd. Yet they seem to have survived the purge, and even gotten brought over to the main NXT. Is there an appeal I'm missing? Have they dramatically upped their game over the last two years?

Did they release Dave Mastiff? I don't remember his name popping up in any previous post. This is based on who's left on the listed WWE.com roster. Rohan Raja is still listed on there too, but that's an oversight because he's put out on Twitter that he got let go.

The UK wrestling scene is/was a disgusting place from top to bottom. The people involved in managing various promotions in the UK are at best carnies and at worst absolute abusive criminal scum (at a level much more insidious and open than Vince). NXT UK provided people with a regular income, proper training and a chance for TV exposure and experience. It was the best thing that could have happened to the UK 'scene' and I hope if it is collapsing, whatever or whoever steps in isn't the same old abusive faces trooting out anti-WWE rubbish to try and hide the crap they pull near constantly.

My only hope is that NxT Europe gives these wrestlers better wages including the rehires.

You can afford it. Probably because they don’t actually know when or if the NXT Europe brand will start up. And also, as pointed out, given the travel issues from the UK to other European countries, they may just hire more people that reside outside of the UK for the new brand.

Nina Samuels is one of the best talents in British wrestling. I think EVE just got one of their biggest draws back. They are morons for releasing her.
Millie McKenzie is a petite woman who can wrestle like Brock Lesnar. They are idiots for letting go of her too, but a certain Aussie may be ringing her right now to line up some tag bookings...
