Not as a wrestler, but given how much WB loves brand synergy, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see John Cena make at least one AEW guest appearance whenever his WWE contract is done. Same with Dwayne Johnson.
Wrestling has a lot of cross-promotional friendships so there are a lot of people I wouldn't be surprised to see jump ship from one company to another.

Would be interesting considering WWE owns rights to his name including percentages of his Hollywood work so essentially they would have to pay WWE to use him.

Idk if any of the men mentioned will. I would have bet money on KO and Sami, but they resigned with Vince at the helm, they will surely stay loyal to HHH who brought them in to begin with. The others idk, they just seem like they would be extremely out of place in AEW. Except maybe Drew.

A lot of these guys could've gone to AEW within the last year or two, but chose to stay with WWE. Which makes me think they probably wouldn't go to AEW in the future, as they're content to end their careers in WWE. I'm talking your Brocks, Samis, and KOs. I only voted for Orton and Charlotte. Charlotte for obvious reasons. Orton, I'm not totally sure it will happen now, since Cody's back in WWE, and I don't know if there are too many "dream matches" for Orton that could only happen in AEW. Orton/MJF could easily happen in WWE in a few years. Maybe Orton/Darby or Orton/Jungle Boy? So that's why I voted him.
I considered New Day, but with Big E's neck, it's too big of a question mark right now. AJ, Drew, Seth, Becky, Bayley, Roman and the like seem like WWE lifers at this point. Sasha seems less likely thanks to the power shift at WWE. Asuka and Bianca, I just can't see it. Especially Asuka, who I can't see WWE letting go. For all the shit they've given her to work with, I really do think they value her, thanks to her work during the lockdown era. As for the legends and part-timers, Cena is the only one I could see showing up, but I think when he's done with WWE, he's done with wrestling, period.

If Vince was still in charge, I'd give good odds on Kana/Asuka finding her way to AEW given her ties to Omega. With Hunter in charge, it's much less likely, but still not completely impossible given that she could still benefit from a fresh talent pool of talent she hasn't faced a million times.

Keep any and all women away from AEW unless they want to lose their momentum/hype to Britt or Jade over and over.
Of the list I voted Charlotte, because even Tony Khan would have to recognize what he had if he got her...right?
right?
(also will she get an "I need an adult!" hug from him?)

Unless the new management team gives her a new lease of life I can see it being Charlotte. She hasn't seemed happy at all these past couple of years and might want to make the move to be with Andrade.

At least one of Sasha/Bayley/Becky/Charlotte will appear in AEW in my view. One of them will run out of things to do and not like their positioning and assuming AEW gets another solid TV deal, TK is going to pay big money to get his first major female free agent from WWE.
