It had “daddy’s been drinking again and mommy’s scared” vibesEspecially that part where he was talking to that one reporter like "I'm sorry I'm being scary. I like you, though." That’s because that was Izzy, who is like 14. I think it’s weird they let young folks in the scrum. |

The issue is while everyone is bashing Punk who went on a rant about something others brought up first and got sick of hearing about it. So he addressed it, yes he embarrassed the company who really Page, The Bucks and ext embarrassed him first by bring the topic up in the first place. There is so much unprofessionalism from both, that it isn't just Punk that should be blasted. I agree that NO Active roster member should have a EVP job or creative stroke. I knew that was a mistake from day one they did that. The more I hear about this, the more it making sense on why there was a rumored divide last year between Cody and the rest. While we know what Cody said on why he left AEW and his position. I feel it make sense now that there was way more to that. Than he being the pro that he is, isn't letting out because Cody is a professional. This whole situation seems to be a lot of people in the wrong and no rights. This is how I feel. The Elite come off as wanting their cake and eating it too. A lot of fans too. They just expected Punk to sit there and let these rumors and judgements persist unchecked. The way Punk went about it is/was wrong but I understand how and why it happened. |

Would it be fair to say that this weekend was one of the worst that AEW have had ? I ask that because with all the little spot fires of issues that have happened with big swole etc, it’s never overshadowed the one air product, whereas this weekend I don’t care who won or lost as it’s completely been swallowed by the coming to a head of the stuff that’s been brewing. Tony talked about ALL out being a reset and I think that was a good thing but again nobody is taking about it.

Punk in AEW is starting to feel like Hogan in WCW. He can do what ever the hell he wants with no repercussions. Pretty much, and it's even more bizarre as Punk was never the wrestling legend that Hogan was. I at least kind of understood that one. |

The only weekend as bad was probably All Out 2020, which makes me wonder if every even numbered year All Out will be a complete shitshow and the odd numbered ones are great lol |

It’s a bummer because they have all their talent back at full strength and feels like they were laying the groundwork for a good fall. Hopefully this stuff gets worked out either way. |

Assuming everything reported about the Bucks is true (and it may not be but let's just work with it), Kenny Omega comes off like the one adult in the room. I think he still has a lot of value as an executive given his connections in the industry and the respect he has from everywhere outside of Louisville.
There's also the temptation to see five alarm fires everywhere there's smoke. Cody and the rest of the Elite are at least amicable with each other in public. And while they might not been anything more than work acquaintances, I don't think there was anything there more nefarious than professional and creative differences.

Khan should strip Punk and repeatedly have Excalibur explain on air that "CM Punk tested positive for performance enhancers after his match with Jon Moxley" and thereafter have the character known as CM Punk referred to as "disgraced drugs cheat CM Punk". This is what would happen if I was running the company; this is why I should never run the company.
