Ok so the incident happens pretty early in the scrum; why did Tony stay out there and do more interviews and not excuse himself once he learned what happened? I don’t understand that part. Unless the scrum is a mandated/sponsored thing that needs to be kept. Just sudden confusion is my guess. You've been having a good run, may have over-extended yourself running ROH but you feel fine, then someone whispers on your ear that Ace Steel may have eaten Kenny and you end up drawing a blank. Apparently he didn’t have his phone, and wasn’t informed of it until Chris Jericho was ready to finish his part of the scrum. Why none of his staff thought to inform him is weird, but considering how dismissive Punk was of him, maybe it’s an issue |

Reminder apparently THIS is the interview that set off CM Punk against Hangman, re: CM Punk & Sting (which CM Punk actually mention on his tirade) Page comes across so humble and good natured in this video that Punk seeing this and seething with rage is comically sad Page gives me WCW Steven Austin vibes, he is good but completely useless and yet someone is pushing him real hard while he is just not ready for it. At this point Jeff Jarret was stronger TNA champion than he was AEW champion. |

Like take all of that into consideration, if one of your security staff rushes away like their ass is on fire.....mayyyyyyybe something is up, and mayyyyyyybe someone should come get the actual boss. Sometimes I wonder if Tony is one of those dudes who's extremely intellectual, but his awkwardness extends to how his people see him as a leader, and also maybe he doesn't have common sense? Not saying it as a dig. My partner has Asperger's and is as smart as a whip when it comes to books, and knowledge, but I have to explain a lot of common sense stuff to him and when something is sarcasm. Which is fine, he's my cute adorable bookworm  Maybe TK is someone's cute adorable bookworm too? |

I just couldn’t fathom Tony as the owner of a multi million pound company sitting there and not stopping Punk tearing into other employees, and then I also couldn’t fathom nobody coming to tell him his EVPs had been in a fight with other employees and one of them been hit with a chair. |

RE: Tony I wonder what staff was available to tell him. The EVPs has legal and talent relations reps with them. I don't know but I assume the executive staff of AEW is pretty small. Now if the talent was aware why they waited till Jericho at the end to tell him I don't know. Maybe they didn't want the shoot ruining their semi worked media appearances? Maybe they didn't know how to do it w/o selling it? For whatever reason they didn't.

Anyone who calls themselves a locker room leader clearly isn't one. That's something others bestow upon you, not something that you bestow upon yourself. Right. Compare that to the story Malakai Black told about Roman when they were on the loop and Black was cleaning the locker room even though it wasn't his job, he felt it necessary until someone told him not to and Roman walked up to next to him after a few days of saying nah bro what are you doing, you one of us Black held people like Roman and Bray in high regard not because they told him to or walked around with their chest out but because of how they conducted themselves and the way people look up to them |
