Man, it's easy to forget how big Kurt Angle is not. Mox and Seth are both what I would call average in terms of wrestler height and size. Of course, when you're a literal gold medalist and can ragdoll everyone on the roster (including Brock, probably), your height isn't gonna matter nearly as much. There was stories back in the 00s abouut how Vince would had Brock and Angle legit wrestle each other in his office and apparently Angle won. Jimmy Korderas confirmed it happened before (after?) a Smackdown taping once and basically said “Well, there’s a reason Kurt was an Olympic gold medallist.” |

Also apparently confirmed that his figure was canceled in a pretty colorful way. Still think the mom thing may have been Punk's pettiest complaint but it was clearly an attempt to show that Cabana may be hiding money. What was the figure allusion? Also, Punk's shitty bank account comments don't read at all to me like a "hiding money" accusation. There wouldn't be the "shows you what kind of guy he is" comment attached to it. He knew what he was doing feeding chum to the most indoctrinated openly miserable toxic corner of his fanbase by insinuating Colt's living off his Mom when there's plenty of wholly unrelated reasons one would share a bank account with a parent (a single person nearing middle age so in the event of catastrophe either of them could have access / if either of them were to need to be on any sort of disability certain states increase the amount of money if the bank account deposited in is shared / an extra eye in the event of attempted fraud or challenges). That's not even how you hide money. Also, it makes sense *if* that's why Colt dropped it because he loves his Mom so much that he didn't want her pulled into years-long frustrating litigation. And Punk made it clear he'd have no issue roping someone's Mother into it for no reason as he struggles with the whole healthy human-interaction thing. |
