Also apparently confirmed that his figure was canceled in a pretty colorful way. Still think the mom thing may have been Punk's pettiest complaint but it was clearly an attempt to show that Cabana may be hiding money. |

If he was trying to hide money he wouldn't have brought it up in discovery. That's like the opposite of hiding. |

If he was trying to hide money he wouldn't have brought it up in discovery. That's like the opposite of hiding. I thought he meant it was not apart of the initial discovery and was found out later is why Punk made a big deal about it...If it just came out during the course of the proceedings then that is even sillier to complain about. Likely (just guessing) he was pissed because he wasn't able to freeze or be reimbursed from the bank account or something since she was on it. Still what a stupid mess. |

I don't wanna be all "Punk is the route of all eeeeevil in AEW".. buuut, hear me out.  recently it came out that Punk was super sassy to Joey at the Chicago show right before All Out last year. "Is this what you do, Joey?" he said, while Joey smoked outside by the loading bay on his phone.  that same night was one of the last nights that Marko was with Jurassic Express if I'm remembering correctly before Christian just flat out replaced him.  also on that show was this match. After this match, Colt had only a few televised matches. maybe I'm being Charlie in It's Always Sunny right now. But, I could easily see Punk popping in Tony's office like a TEW game being like "This Janela guy is unprofessional. Cut your losses boss!", "Marko Stunt has no talent! Release the dead weight". "Colt Cabana shares a bank account with his mother. Ew!" |

Ew!" hey now...now this is interesting...I certainly do not buy the "work" theory but I do buy into the idea that things have happened and they have attempted to react to them accordingly in the past and blurred lines of gray...For what AEW was before his arrival and after the rush of the crowd dwindled I do believe CM Punk has been a huge disturbance so this is not implausible at all. |

The reports did say CM Punkn had TK's ear... Which is understandable, tbh. Promoters and their stars having communication is expected and understandable. It’s been said TK and Mox communicate pretty well. My own personal theory is that the biggest voice in TK’s ear was Cody before Punk came in. The shift in AEW year one and the last year is purdy huge but 🤷 just spitballin |

Makes sense.  Man, it's easy to forget how big Kurt Angle is not. Mox and Seth are both what I would call average in terms of wrestler height and size. Of course, when you're a literal gold medalist and can ragdoll everyone on the roster (including Brock, probably), your height isn't gonna matter nearly as much. There was stories back in the 00s abouut how Vince would had Brock and Angle legit wrestle each other in his office and apparently Angle won. |
