Also I'll say it.. AEW doesn't need Punk near as much as Punk needs AEW. I like Punk and people can say he's their biggest star and all that shit (maybe they're right), but they were doing just fine without him. They were doing better creatively. I’ve said it before, it feels like Tony took his hands of the wheel when he signed the big three (punk, Danielson, Cole) ..but..it’s not even fair to group the latter two with Punk. Maybe Punk has improved shit money wise but…everything comes with a receipt. |

Also just to clarify Punk's comments on Cole. He praised him and said he more concerned that he stays healthy. He didn't say Cole was having issues like Hall was. Here's the actual quote oh well now I feel dumb because I heard health and scott hall and was like "EXCUSE ME"but like ok if you say issues and impact like scott hall that's like implying something |

It’s insane to me that Punk sat there and buried Page, Kenny and the Jacksons and Tony watched him. Take his mic. Cut it short. That was so out of pocket, not just from a professional standpoint, but from a common sense one. Punk wanted to air grievances for Phil Brooks’s sake and nobody else’s. That was awful. Just terrible and you let it happen. I'm ashamed to admit that when reading that I thought "Why did somebody ask him about the Jackson 5", before realizing you were talking about the Bucks. |

You always get to see Punk’s true colors when someone pokes a sore spot even slightly. The Miz makes a playful jab at something Punk said on a show that was really self deprecating more than anything. “SCREW YOU ASSHOLE GO GET f***ED IN THE ASS IN SAUDI YOU BITCH” Mt. So if I have this wrestling weekend right, when I'm in a major main event title match in my home turf... If I Lose: Sing karaoke and thank everyone for coming out tonight. If I Win: Throw a massive f***ing tantrum about how all of you subhuman plebs are beneath me. WWE sitting there like well f***, I thought nothing can top the shit we did AEW stuck the landing too with MJF and that's not even the biggest headline anymore Even when MJF comes back, he's not the biggest story. I mean they have Bryan Danielson that was way more over than Punk in the WWE, they have Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks who were some of the biggest drawing stars in teh world... Maybe Punk is the bigger name... but even at teh height of the Summer of Punk did he have anything nearly as universally pervasive as the YES! chants. And a good portion of Punk value was that he stopped wrestling so the allure in getting him back in the ring was just as much as his previous heights |

Sooooo I'm listening in, I get that Punk was angry BUT dragging a ton of people (EVPs/Hangman) through the mud AND further burying Colt it should have been ended right then and there and let Punk go to the back to cool off. This is on Tony too.

Punk did not say this or even come close to inferring this. The original post is completely disingenuous. I heard him say "Adam Cole is going through problems like Scott Hall" explain how I'm being disingenuous here. Because he didn’t say that. The question was about how he compared last All Out to Bash at the Beach 96. Punk said he adores Adam Cole and thinks he’s a sweet kid. Then says he’s not concerned about whether he has as big of an impact as Scott Hall, he’s concerned about his physical health and hoping he gets back. He did not say he’s going through problems like Scott Hall, just because you put it in quotes doesn’t make it so. Go back and watch. You are wrong. |
