Punk may go "I don't care where (Colt Cabana) works" but given how Cabana effectively vanished off the roster upon the arrival of Punk, I call bullshit. I will say the top question asked when Punk returned was "What's going to happen to Colt?" Nothing did for a bit, but when AEW was conveniently willing to just drop him, and the EVP's and others were like "Wait, what? No don't do that.", people could connect the dots. |

Also just to clarify Punk's comments on Cole. He praised him and said he more concerned that he stays healthy. He didn't say Cole was having issues like Hall was. Here's the actual quote oh well now I feel dumb because I heard health and scott hall and was like "EXCUSE ME"but like ok if you say issues and impact like scott hall that's like implying somethingNo worries I was just confused because everything on twitter was joking about how Punk burried everybody then still took time to say Cole was a sweetheart so I was like "wait when did he say he was having issues?" |

It might seem distasteful as it involves real life relationships but he had his meltdown in public so it can’t be ignored.

Also I'll say it.. AEW doesn't need Punk near as much as Punk needs AEW. I like Punk and people can say he's their biggest star and all that shit (maybe they're right), but they were doing just fine without him. Punk is their most recognizable star, at least. But yeah, they definitely don't need him. Kenny, The Bucks, Hangman, Jericho, Mox and MJF were carrying things just fine before him. |
