So I had four hours of sleep and woke up wired to see what’s next with all this. Today’s BTE may have nothing, but I know it’ll be the most anticipated episode ever.
Also, my love for Owens and Zayn grew even more last night, and I haven’t watched them in like four years.

^ It wasn't just Meltzer and Alvarez...he first singled out the first reporter, pressing him on his relationship with Cabana. Completely uncalled for. I rewatched the entire thing, and I think the only person he put over during the entire thing was Moxley. Everyone else was someone who has somehow disrespected him...even almost putting TK in the same negative box he has both Vince and Colt in. Absolutely insane. My question is, if this is a worked shoot, which it very well may be… When has that ever actually worked in professional wrestling? I mean, in the sense where it’s paid off in the end and actually benefited the company and the wrestlers involved? Kaufman and Lawler Actually it didn't. Yes, it's remembered today due to a very fictional movie that paints Andy as some kind of misunderstood saint. However at the time, they were actually losing fans...they lost over a quarter of the audience when the feud was coming to a close. It wasn't this big success that the movie made it out to be. Lawler's position was essentially the same afterward. And Kaufman? Even if he hadn't died, his schtick wasn't popular anymore. He would be the equivalent of a Gallagher today. |

If you are over it like he said he was he doesn’t go on that big tirade When it begun it was unprompted he literally saw the guy and started accusing him of being friends with Cplt because they did improve together. |

And he's probably been asked about it for years. And everyone seems to think he's an asshole about it even though the details are grey at best. Hangman's been wrestling for 13 years, which is only about 3 shy of the amount of combined experience Punk has had, but sure, he's done nothing in this business and is an amateur who has no idea what he's doing and has so much he could learn from Punk. I'm curious how well Punk took advice from veterans Triple H and Shawn Michaels back in the day |

Why should TK’s money prevent me from sympathizing with him? I’d still think Punk was being a prima donna shithead regardless if this was a tiny indie or the biggest company on earth. For sure people are free to think what they want about Punk, and I never said anywhere in my post that people couldn't sympathize with Tony, it was simply surreal to see THE boss completely fail to get a handle on his disgruntled employee, and the entire scrum was a great show if you enjoy the theater of the absurd No I mean I get it, it’s very funny in that regard. And it is partially TK’s fault in not being able to stamp out all these fires. Granted you weren’t saying this, but I was more noting this wasn’t anything like “Punk the rebel punk rocker sticking it to the establishment” and more him picking old fights and going into Diva Mode. |

A few years back I decided not to attend an AEW PPV near me because the company hadn’t impressed me enough at the time. It’s a decision I regret in retrospect, and I’ve warmed up to The Elite after having my issues with them in New Japan.
What a world where I now respect The Bucks and loathe CM Punk. The one constant throughout all this was that I’m still proud to own Colt Cabana merch.

I'm so hyped for the "I just woke up what the f*** is happening" reactions in roughly a few hours dude lmao Dude I finsihed the ppv and went to sleep and I wake up to this 29 page mess, wtf. Count me in for that reaction too, I just woke up and was thinking the PPV would be the big story here. This weekend has been a mess, first with Drew "Don't call me Lex" McIntyre singing like a goof after losing and now this CM Punk drama. |
