Now Jericho can lose the title to Colt Cabana.

Once I saw the low blow, I ignored the rest. That was NOT honorable of Jericho.

Is JAS going to do a clean sweep of the ROH titles?

Is JAS going to do a clean sweep of the ROH titles? If that means Mernard and Parker win the ROH Tag Titles... I'm not opposed.

You know what's cool, is that there are a few nice options for who he drops the belt to for a big moment.
You could go with Garcia, as a passing of the torch You could go with Claudio avenging this loss and getting that signature world title win (all respect to Greshem) You could go with Eddie beating Jericho to win his first world title and finally draw a line under their rivalry

Now Jericho can lose the title to Colt Cabana. I unironically would f***ing love that. I do imagine Claudio chases for it back or something, but I wouldn't be surprised if this was to set up a different face to win it who they wouldn't want to clash with Claudio, too. I guess we'll see where it goes.

Even if truthfully I only actually want an ROH show so they'll stop doing ROH stuff on Dynamite. I want to like this part multiple times lol. Anytime a ROH match shows up it immediately kills 50% of my interest Having said that, the match itself was quite good. Jericho winning was a big shock and it does give ROH some interesting story possibilities when they do get some sort of deal hopefully

It was a good match but bummed about Jericho winning it. Don't have an issue with the win in general but way too soon into Claudio's reign

I just want to say that "the only honourable man in professional wrestling" "the ocho" Chris Jericho is hitting perfectly for me.

Jericho’s the man, both in terms of character and storyline progression AND in ring, even at his age. Tonight showed that.

I'm already all for this reign. It was obvious that Jericho was going to go this route, but I don't think many could pull off what he's doing. Especially at his age.

Jericho quietly becoming a potential MVP for AEW in 2022. Did not think that would be possible when the year started.

I don't get the 'going against what ROH stands for" thing.
Unless ROH stands for boring, no character wrestling.
But... then looking at the lists of Champs...
Idk. I hate that aspect.

So you hadn't watched Ring of Honor in awhile then? No no. My point is, ROH has had many "sports entertainment" champions. But by saying Jericho "goes against everything that ROH stands for" that they're kinda giving into the stereo type of "2 guys who do flips and moves but have no charisma"

I like the idea of Jericho wrestling former ROH mainstays on AEW TV until they can get their first show.
I also think that this is proving that Jericho has a great future as a trainer when he's finished in-ring. He's one of the first guys I'd look to train with if I wanted to be a pro-wrestler.

ROH is the "honorable" promotion for younger and overlooked talents to rocket to stardom and get the shine they deserve. Jericho is an international superstar with the ego to match, and he's cheating asshole who only went after the title to outshine his phenom of a protégé. They've even put the "sports entertainment" shtick on the back burner now that Hunter is in charge of WWE.

Jericho could charge a fortune to train and he’d be absolutely in his right to. That’s without knowing all the inner mechanics but look at the man’s longevity and success. Especially compared with his peers. Dawned on me last night, back back in the dizzay, when “who’s the best in the world?” came up, Eddie, Benoit and Angle were always brought up and Jericho was kind of pushed to the side for them. Crazy how shit unfurls.
