Unless you're in that top A+ tier of talent that only has about three members, AEW is going to ask you to lose at some point before you move forward. Hangman lost to Brian Cage on his way to the title. MJF lost to Punk on his way to the title, too. Omega lost to Christian while he was AEW Champion. Losing in AEW doesn't kill wrestlers off as it might in some other promotions. They can protect guys pretty well.
We don't know what was said between Miro and AEW. But if it really is just a case of him refusing to lose then that's dumb.

Your first point reminds me of a story Shawn Michaels told in his book about how when frustrated with things around the end of the Rockers' run, Savage told him something along the lines of "Don't take yourself out of the game" with the point being as long as stuck it out, he could change the course of his career And that's not to say every scenario should have you sticking by regardless and we as humans have our limits (Sasha and Naomi's walkout was very much a "That's all I can stands, I can't stands no more" situation with what we know, as an example) but when you disregard enough ideas or show yourself as non-cooperative on a consistent basis, you're going to go with the people who have shown up consistently or do accept ideas. It happens in all workplaces and all sports in all kinds of scenarios. If you're unreliable, you're not going to get called upon unless the rest of your team is unavailable and/or unexpected combust at once.

If they are constantly pitching him ideas and he’s constantly turning them down, I say just book him tell him he’s booked and I’d imagine Miro would be in some way violating his contract to not show up then.
Unless it’s really just been the one or two pitches we heard about and that’s all. In which case, they should be getting more ideas together in a more timely fashion, it’s been forever.

Well, Tony likely has other ideas for other top talent wrapped up so that makes them busy. You don't like an angle with x, well the other guys are all in angles right now so we have to put you on hold. Oh and someone else is willing to do the angle we want to do? Sorry just have to wait. And I said this a few months ago, based on how CJ has acted in interviews, I'm like 95% sure a big point of contention is Miro wants her brought in to be part of his act and Tony doesn't want to do it.

Oh, that is absolutely part of this. It's no accident that she was throwing praise at the 'E at points during his absence.

Does Miro have creative control in his contract? Because if he doesn't then this should be cut and dry. Tony should tell him you either do what I tell you to do or you're fired.
What a life Miro seems to be living right now. Likely being paid 6 figures to not work while constantly going on amazing family vacations or turning up to movie premieres every now and then.

That’s where I’m at. If Tony is pitching idea after idea and being turned down, on what basis is Miro is still being paid?

A few pages back people were still like "WTF Tony?!" about this dude, now everyone is neutral about him being on TV. What did I miss? It turned out he had some ideas thrown his way, but Miro's solution is Bob Holly's GIMME THE BELT AND THEN I BEAT EVERYBODY

Only seen this secondhand but apparently according to Fightful Miro was backstage at Supercard of Honor, so I guess something's getting worked out.

The meat chants did start at All Out last year, so maybe he is in for Meat Mayhem.

Hopefully he returns to the ring in WWE. Agreed. Thought he was overall a flop in AEW, Think he’ll thrive better in WWE if he returns there

I would put him in the Learning Tree, and Big Bill goes solo.
