His beginning years and his tag teams with X-Pac and Daniel Byran. I like most of his intial run pre taking his mask off. I wish they kepted doing his spot with Pete Rose every year at Mania.

1997 to pre Brothers of Destruction era
2003 Unmasking to around the Snitsky feud
That's it.
I never enjoyed his tag team runs with Hurricane, RVD, Bryan etc. Kane was always better as a sadistic freak monster. I hated when they made him a comedy character and had him doing Spinaroonies etc.

May 19th will forever be Kane day for me so that in itself means he made a lasting impression

Until Corporate Kane and later, his Twitter nonsense, I've been a fan of him. He made stuff work that probably shouldn't have and he could go in the ring.

His debut angle was genuinely amazing.
Plus that time he nearly had a three-foot dick.

His initial 3-4 years was easily his best.

2001 Rumble. One of the best performances ever.
Loved his debut as well. Could have been so much more hokey but they ran with it and he is one of my main defining memories of the AE.

2001 Kane when I first started watching regularly was one of my favourites. Still my favourite look of his as well, was really in ester in him taking the ic belt from HHH.
2002-3 until the unmasking
Tema Hell No but that was because of Bryan. Horrendous look in this period.
That's it, shite otherwise.

Basically whenever he was in shape. After he became more established and older he noticeably worked on his body more when he was getting pushed

Most of his unmasked period, honestly, up until Corporate Kane came along and wasn't interesting at all.

I had to genuinely think about this one because he's had so much garbage in his career.
A lot of his attitude era stuff 2003 with the IC and tag runs 2003 unmask Oddly the 2006 tag run with Big Show 2010 WHC even though it sucked, him having a real world title run was interesting Team Hell No

I was a Kane mark, so, I enjoyed or liked nearly all of it.
Mainly thinking for the best times, though, I guess I'd say that initial 1997-2003 run with the mask. Some ups and downs along the way, got a bit lost in 1999, but generally it was Kane in his prime and most reliable time to have either good matches, angles or memorable moments.
It gets spotty after that. 2010 for his World title run. And that last 2012-2014 period where Bryan & Hell No got him his mojo back and then rolling into The Shield feud.

Debut storyline with Undertaker red one-sleever, tag team with X-Pac inverted one-sleever, Brothers of Destruction first flames singlet, initial unmasked psychopath, 2010 WHC championship program with Undertaker, initial remasked welder, and that's about it.
There have been moments and matches otherwise, or storylines that were kinda cool but didn't deliver, but those are the periods I liked him the most.

I started watching week-in-week-out during his relationship and then breakup with Tori, and she was my first wrestling crush, so that would be my favourite period.
But I always liked him up until his unmasking, and then it was up and down.

Most of his unmasked period, honestly, up until Corporate Kane came along and wasn't interesting at all. It was funny seeing him in dress attire at first, but the character got old and boring very quickly. The Authority in general made for awful television.

In retrospective, I find even his worst years kind of entertaining. Memorable moments for sure. Then again, I grew up watching Kane vs. Gene Snitsky. I thought Kane was cool as hell. Even made an essay about his book, "Journey in the Darkness" at school. 😂 🤔 It was the corporate Kane character that was a real waste of time.
