Team Hell No and Ryback were superb vs. The Shield at TLC 2012 at my hometown Brooklyn, NY. “The Battle of Flatbush Avenue” made The Shield, and Kane was instrumental FTW in that classic match.

I was glued to my tv for the RAW where he became #1 contender to Stone Cold. The buildup was just perfect and so many marvelous little moments like the handshake with Mister McMshon and making the gesture if the belt around his waist while staring down Stone Cold.

When he first lost the mask in the summer of 2003, he would come to the ring with a black towel over his head and in shackles with a security detail. This was when I was most interested in him too.

Look I am just sad that we never got Goldberg vs. Kane at one of those Saudi events.

Most of the time, to be honest. He's never really been a Local Man for me.

2001 Rumble. One of the best performances ever. Loved his debut as well. Could have been so much more hokey but they ran with it and he is one of my main defining memories of the AE. Going into that Rumble, I wanted Austin or Rock to win. Then Kane was just awesome. I'd have been happy with him winning.
