It looks like the former Brutus Magnus has done what everyone does with The Pumpkin Man - fall out with him, and his days in the NWA look to be over.
Would you like to see Tony sign him?

I wouldn’t mind it. He’s a solid hand. Could fill the hole Cody left with a “proper wrestling” angle against…Dante Martin maybe?

No. Unless it's like a legit superstar, AEW needs to chill on bringing people in and build who they have.

No thanks, they have enough people as is and he's not worth chasing down for a contract.

I liked him at the beginning of NWA Powerrr before COVID. But since then he has not done anything to really make him a must sign. Especially when AEW really needs ROH to have its own show to help the overflowing roster.

Aldis is one of those wrestlers that I just can't muster enough energy about to either like or dislike. He's not a bad hand, but he's always just there for me.
That said, I'm surprised he never has been in AEW considering most other people have, even if it's only for a one-off.

Aldis is like the one wrestler I can think of that has managed to somehow be more bland than a generic nationality gimmick.
I'd put him in the same boat as Lethal, in the sense of being 'good enough' guys that were the most interesting with colorful TNA gimmicks, that have spent the last decade trying to be SERIOUS WRESTLER and only succeeding in being blander than Valutime oatmeal. At least Aldis to my knowledge doesn't have any lingering accusations like Lethal does.

Hard pass. AEW has plenty of people it's not using as it is, it doesn't need to bring in someone who can be most kindly described as adequate.

I'd say his most likely landing spot is on Impact with Mickie.

I'd say his most likely landing spot is on Impact with Mickie. That would be the logical move. I've always thought Aldis works best in tag teams (with Doug Williams and Samoa Joe) than by himself, too.

Contrary to me heavily booking him in the Wrestling Renaissance, I'm not really a fan, so it's a no from me.

I think the quota for "guys less appealing than stale bread" is filled already.

He's decent and won't let you down but definitely not required in AEW. At best could see him as an ROH signing but in reality I think impact makes the most sense.

Aldis going to WWE would make more sense, or Impact. I just don't really see where he'd fit into current AEW. If he had made the leap a while back, then maybe it could have worked, but current? No, he'd be utterly lost.
I don't think it helps that Ricky Starks, among others who had NWA runs, have professional beef with him.
