What I gathered from this quote is that Road Dogg doesn't know why Bret Hart is considered an all time great, I would suggest his ass better call somebody.

OK, I know everyone has different tastes and all, but there is no category of pro wrestling in which Road Dogg was better at then Bret Hart. "Road Dogg, the only aspect of wrestling in which you're better than me is sucking Shawn and Hunter off!"

“Road Dogg said a dumb thing.”
You’ll have to be more specific. He says a lot of dumb things.

In all seriousness, I can’t even foster the energy getting mad at gibberish like this. This man is literally just saying anything.

Everybody remembers that your'e not supposed to doubt El Dandy, but I liked the part right after that when Bret suggested Psicosis as an opponent and the fans popped at the thought. Bret was Bret, Psicosis is one of the most underrated of all time, and a match between them could've been tremendous if booked right. Also f*** Road Dogg, maybe a few 13 year olds liked the Humphandle Slam, but even me and my high school age mark friends thought it was embarrassing, and his opinions are all stupid.

I feel like everything that needs to be said already has been about this particular hot take, but I just have to ask: outside of his catchphrases, can anybody remember a single really good promo that Road Dogg ever cut? Like, for as much talking as he used to do, it feels like he never really had anything to say. The literal only other memorable bit he's ever done outside that catchphrase and Double-J stuff was the 'meet me at The Alamo' dumpster fire that he and Billy pulled out in TNA.

Last time I check, Road Dogg never appeared on the Simpsons, so I think Bret has the edge over him

Road Dogg was very charismatic in terms of his energy, but he didn't exactly do much aside from say catchphrases. Bret Hart gave promos that were longer & had more substance to them - it's much easier to get a pop when you're spouting the same words everyone knows.
Plus charisma isn't just what you say on the stick, it's getting people to care about what you do. Jeff Hardy is often cited as being charismatic, but not exactly great on the stick. Bret Hart could get you sucked into a match by the things he did during it - Road Dogg could shake his knees & dry-hump people.

Road Dogg would win over a crowd with his entrance and promo then lose them with everything that follows. He's a worse version of the Disco Inferno, right down to the coattail riding, idiotic opinions and and overinflated opinion of their wrestling expertise.

If you look up 1999 in the dictionary it just shows a picture of the Road Dogg.
Road Dogg was entertaining sometimes but let’s just say that he was very fortunate to be part of a really over act during the Attitude era. A time when you could be a shit wrestler but get over if you had a catchphrase. See also: Snow, Al and like 50 others.
