Yeah, Roldan is just an outright scumbag. There's nothing inherently "bitch"-quality in him bringing Marty Scurll to AAA.

Ace Steel is back with AEW….technically. Steel supposedly confers on a lot of things, and having periodic conversations with Tony Khan, and suggesting things for CM Punk specifically. It was also suggested that he received back pay for the time that he was out. well that back pay was 15 really really big bags of dry dog food, 10 cow thigh bones, 7 rubber balls for punk to throw for him (ace hates it when punk pretends to throw one), 3 plushies of each of the elite (with replacements when he's chewed the stuffing out of them.) and four belly rubs per day ace promises to not bite this time. seriously though, I worked in a dead end factory in the middle of no-where in my late teens/early twenties and two people got into a fist fight because they were both hung over on a monday morning, both got sent home for the day and told to shake hands when they came back the next day. that was a dead end factory where the staff left to go to better jobs couldn't deal with better working conditions and came back on the same wage or only left once the company went pop. ace should have been out the door and stayed gone for physically biting a co-worker.

BACK PAY? They suggested BACK PAY for a guy who threw his own job away for a stupid fight with his buddy? LMAO. Unreal. As a union guy, I've seen some guys get back pay for dumb shit they've done, but never on that level This is nothing compared to MARTY FKING SCURLL returning to work in a big promotion Dorian Roldan is the biggest bitch.
*looks at date* This early birthday gift sucks.

So on The Hump SRS confirmed some stuff. 1)Page was never at the arena nor was he asked to not show up. 2)Punk did apologize to Page 3)Felt The Punk/Perry stuff was blown out of proportion4)Some do have an issue with Punk but disputes Bryan Alvarez's reports that morale was low or rather that comment is too broad a stroke. There are some that are unhappy with things but most of the roster doesn't have to deal with it so they don't care. Also disputes that wrestlers are unhappy with Tony. 5)Disputes that talent is upset with booking of Wembley Some brass neck on SRS. Nobody knew about it until he started hyping it up yesterday.

Some brass neck on SRS. Nobody knew about it until he started hyping it up yesterday. HIs response was reporting doesn't equal his opinion But his reporting is literally what made the opinion Maybe don't report the thing until you have a definitive answer on what the thing is? He quote tweeted the original report like five times with corrections, it wasn't aa good look and still isn't.

One of these days, we'll hold wrestling reporters to the same standards as actual journalists. I usually like SRS, too, but you can't have it both ways in reporting something bombastic and then say "lol people are blowing it out of proportion" a couple of days later.

Ace Steel bit a guy.
Ace Steel threw a chair.
Ace Steel was fired and then made an exceptionally cringe "FREEDOM" tweet.
Ace Steel was rehired with an at-home job that includes back-pay.

I usually like SRS, too, but you can't have it both ways in reporting something bombastic and then say "lol people are blowing it out of proportion" a couple of days later. I really do try to give wrestling journalists (well, at least the more reputable ones) the benefit of the doubt; journalism is a tough enough profession as it is, being in a field littered with carnies has to be maddening. At the same time, though, they're impacted by a lot of the same shit that mainstream news deservedly gets grief for: the desperate rush to be the first to report something, not doing enough to really verify what a source has to say, etc. More importantly, they fall into arguably the biggest thing many mainstream outlets deserve criticism for: wanting to write stories that suit an ongoing narrative, because the more you feed the beast the most likely you are to generate interest in potential readers. Based on everything I've seen unfold over the last couple of days, my biggest issue is the idea that Punk basically had Nemeth sent home. The Hangman stuff apparently wasn't anywhere near as big a deal as it seems (though Punk trying to work that stuff into his post-show promo at all is an own-goal of stupid proportions), the "we're afraid Wembley's going bad"/"bad backstage morale" stuff is largely bullshit, the Jack Perry stuff apparently isn't a very big deal, and I'm still confused about Daniels being on so many ROH episodes if Punk doesn't want him at Collision tapings...but "Nemeth made a tweet I didn't like, he should leave" is that kind of petty, "fragile mind/ego" bullshit that warrants giving Punk a critical eye, at minimum, and even if Khan still wants to use/pay Nemeth it's still stupid if he's allowing that.

The Daniels thing was confirmed by Punk's side. Punk and;or Steel probably let it simmer the fact that Daniels kept being in the arena until he couldnt take it anymore. The bigger deal about the Jack Perry stuff is Punk's feeling the need to spread it to look good

It could be a thousand years of comedy headlines. No Onion article will ever be this f***ing funny ever again. Fightful has become the leading source of satire news, this day.
