Reads to me like Punk is going to try to leverage his clout here close to the PPV by threatening to not show. Except he’s not as important to the show as he was the last time he did that. He’s the real world champion I’ll have u know. Yeesh when even the Punk camp version from Hausman says he started it oofta. A real whoopsie poopsie as Pete would say. Yeah..that’s certainly a change from the “Punk side of things” yesterday.. I wonder if Miro speaking up put the kibosh on that narrative. Amazing how the same thing similarly happened with brawl out what with doors being super kicked open and who did what to who.. |

I’ve been a huge fan of Punk’s for 20 years. I drove to Regina a month ago specifically to see him, dropped fifty f***ing dollars on his tshirt. Dude needs to go, he’s clearly a locker room poison at this point, even when things might not be his fault they still seem to tie back to him. Collision is under performing, he’s not the ratings hero WBD hoped he would be. Cut him loose, retool the show and move on. It’s by far the best thing for AEW

The stories Punk feeds Hausman after something goes down are the best. This isn't quite on the level of Punk/Ace being completely innocent, in fear of the big bad Bucks kicking down their door and just trying to protect their dog/wife but it's still good. Going out of his way to mention him being a legit trained tough guy, he left the arena of his accord like a man and wasn't sent home like little Jack Perry and he bought all his cool friends dinner. We're a couple articles away from Hausman straight up slipping in a random sentence about Punk having a huge dick in one of these stories.

Two months. Punk lasted two entire months before getting into another physical altercation. Guy came back, didn't bother behaving, stomped around like he owned the place, f***ed with peoples' jobs, and then went ad put his hands on a co-worker again. Again. Not even a year since the last time he did this and he spent nine months of that year on injury leave. It's actually unreal just how bad a look all of that is.

The unexpected part is how he didnt manage to get hurt, like when he flew to the outside and ate the ground after Joe walked away last night.
