Him acknowledging the incident and then saying he will investigate the case is interesting because usually TK says "no comment" and moves on to the next question

But Jack is one of TKs favorites along with the other pillars, Sammy got away with a lot of sht, MJF almost no showed DON last year!

I’ve been a huge fan of Punk’s for 20 years. I drove to Regina a month ago specifically to see him, dropped fifty f***ing dollars on his tshirt. Dude needs to go, he’s clearly a locker room poison at this point, even when things might not be his fault they still seem to tie back to him. Collision is under performing, he’s not the ratings hero WBD hoped he would be. Cut him loose, retool the show and move on. It’s by far the best thing for AEW  |

Sammy got suspended for shit he did before AEW. And MJF he was still at fault but for all accounts it really does seem like he had an emotional breakdown. |

Honestly, even if you’re a Punk fan you’d have to be OK with this being the end for him. He went out on a banger with his biggest rival on the indies in a giant stadium on AEW’s biggest show. He can’t get out of his own way, but there’s at least a decent end to the book if that’s it. I’ve got a lot of conflicting feelings about him lately but I think if that’s it, he had a good one on the way out.

He's obviously not going to get what he wants (which is The Elite, MJF, or both playing ball and doing a program with him), so at this point all he's going to do is continue hurting his legacy by pushing forward when he's clearly not enjoying himself. Seems best for everyone involved for to just cut losses and move on. |
